Kipp, being born from a family of pure blooded Irish, has a slight pale condition when it comes to skin. Though he's tried sunbathing, it's given some less than wanted results, such as severe sunburn and peeled skin. As such, he has freckles along his cheeks and back. He stands at 5'10ft, and weighs 152lbs. He's not muscular at all, in fact he's kinda scrawny. His eyes are green, almost Emerald like on good days and then dull plankton on bad ones.

Kipps hairstyle is that of a combed back, flaming red that most Irish are known for. On some days though he'll part it down the middle or even tie it back.

Personality:

To describe Kipp, one must first understand that, to Kipp, the world is just big and boring, and in order to make things interesting, one must do things that others would frown upon. Kipp is, in all sense of the phrase, a misbehaving teen. It's not that he's naturally bad, it's just there's no other way to get around the boredom.

Now that's not to say he doesn't have a bit of kindness, no not indeed. He's definitely a friendly person, especially if there's nothing to do and someone wants a laugh.

He's also very, very perverted. Women seem to do that to him, and some boys if they're pretty enough. Yes, he's gotten into quite a bit of trouble over the years for peeping.

History:

Born into a district that was Hell bent on Construction, Kipp obviously learned more about building things than playing jump-rope or skipping stones. Although his mother and father did try their best to give their only sone a chance at a care-free life, it was a false dream, as Kipp found himself more and more intrigued to the aspects of building.

Another unfortunate hobby that Kipp developed was the Hunger Games, he absolutely loved watching them. It wasn't the mindless killing that intriqued him so much though, it was the vast amount of the inner Human he saw during the Games that caught his interest. He saw raw Human emotions.

When he turned 15, he figured he'd grown enough to be sure of himself, so he started putting in more Tributes. And while his family received more food, his parents were more than angered. Never the Less, for two years now the young Kipp hasn't been picked once. Now Seventeen, he's made it his personal mission to get into the Games.
