Appearance: Jessica originally had blonde hair. When she came to the capital she died it bright pink. Though you can still see a little blonde in it. She has perfect skin that has no blemishes. Personality: Jessica is a nice, fun person to be around. She loves to be around her siblings and is very friendly. She is a very helpful person and is known to help her mom who is also a makeup artist. She helps out at her moms store.
History: Jessica was born in district 6. Her dad was a Peacekeeper there. He had a wonderful chance of being made Head Peacekeeper. Then tragedy struck her younger sister Ally died when Jessica was 5 and she was 2. That left the family distressed. They had to get out of the district. It had to many sad memories. They moved to district 4 where their dad was then made Head Peacekeeper. Her family is, her mom-Aliana, dad-Joseph, sisters-Amila:13, Maria:15, and Josephine: 21, and brothers- Jack: 17, Justin: 19(her twin), and Jasper: 20. They stayed in district 4 until Jessica was 15. Then her mom got a job offer as a makeup artist. She has lived there ever since.
