Age: 24
Gender: Female
District/Area: The Capitol
Appearance:
'Ali', as she prefers to be called, is tall, a few inches past six feet, with long fingers and generally long limbs, perfect for playing an instrument, as she does play the violin. She is thin, very thin, but not out of starving herself to death, more that she was born that way and always will be, as she says, 'a thin little stick of a person'. Ali keeps her hair down, and permits her friends to drag her monthly to go have it died a flamboyant shade of reddish-orange. Dresses are her fashion choice, usually very bland and subtle, in colors ranging from light gray to black. This choice reflects her personality, to a certain degree.Personality:
Alice is quiet, very quiet. In fact, she practically lives, breathes, eats, and sleeps in the world of music and sound. In order to do this, one has to be near a hermit, and that is exactly what she is. A hermit living in a city. When she does go out, for food and whatnot, she is humming, whistling, or making some sort of sound. Even talking is sufficient, to a certain degree. Some of her less musical friends call it an obsession, simply not understanding Alice to a complete degree. Other than that, though, Alice is kind, compassionate, and an absolute model of good morals and a better record. She has never once spoken out against the Capitol or done anything to incite any type of trouble…. although, underneath the perfect façade, she holds an anger that she doesn’t know what to do with, and one day, that anger could lash out.History:
Alice was born, bred, and raised in the Capitol. From a young age, she was introduced to the glitz and the glamour that the Capitol entailed. For Ali, it was just a part of daily life, as she knew less than most about the outside Districts. She lived with her parents and two brothers, one younger and one older, and at first, was a bit of a wild child. She was practically an oddity, always running around, hyper. This was all well and good, as she didn’t cause any real trouble, until she - or, to be more exact, her brother – decided to, on a complete dare, paint a large anti-Capitol slogan on a wall in his neighborhood school. It did not take long for the Peacekeepers to come, and the whole situation spiraled rapidly downhill from there. Her brother was ‘taken away’, her parents’ marriage and her younger brother fell apart, and she grew into a quiet, isolated woman who took her solace in the violin. As soon as she turned twenty-one, she emerged from her schooling a fully credited and ready musician. The world of music was a dog-eat-dog world, though, and she is slowly working her way up through the ranks of other classical musicians.Codeword: muttations
