Joshua is what many girls would call cute. He has short shaggy brownish blondish hair that is always hanging in his eyes. He always has a faint tan on him, even if he hasn't had any sun.
He has a tall and muscular build, and he is very good at running. He loves to exercise and often goes for jogs when he has the time.
He has the same type of eyes as his sister, the kind people call 'stormy blue.' He has round eyes, brimmed with medium lengh eye lashes.

Personality:

Joshua is a kind and very romantic type of guy. He never hesitates to make people laugh and he has many friends. But don't be fooled by his nice guy act; he has a dark side.
He deeply despises the Capitol and even more the Hunger Games that killed his sister Amber. He also grows very possessive and protective over the ones he cares about.
He has a great sense of humor and loves to make people laugh.

History:

Joshua didn't have a bad childhood he was the only child for a couple of years untill his younger sister Serena was born, then another younger sister Amber.
Everything was perfect, for a while at least untill Amber was put into the hunger games. They had to watch her suffer through all the challenges. And she never came back home.
Josh was quicker to recover then Serena and his mother, although he did miss his sister terribly he figured he should just move on.
