Appearance:

He's at the average height (4'6, 4'7) for someone of the ninth/tenth year and roughly average weight. (85-87 lbs.) His hair is a russet-auburn, which everyone in his family has inherited for several generations and is only ever slightly messy, (his mother is somewhat of a neat-freak); However, his eyes are a very dark, yet luminescent gray, being the only one in his large family to possess such a trait (he considers himself very lucky in that respect), and needs round spectacles, which he only takes off for half the night or when he's thinking very, very deeply; He has peachy skin, dimples and has a very sky, mischievous smile, whether he means harm or not; On an average day, any season, he usually wears a woolen vest and some sort of tie (adding to his intelligent outlook), somewhat long socks and brown sneakers; In the winter he wears a thin coat over all this, which is usually covered in dog hair.

Personality:

Kaleb is of high intelligence, though he has no intent of using it for the sake of goodness; Yes, he is quite the troublemaker, trickster, whatever you will, much to the dismay of his family, who wants him to go to the College in the future; But his social skills achieve much in his 'career' of being the town poltergeist; He is very much a strategist and analytical, but he does have a weak spot, bringing out a thoughtful, generous side of himself: animals; He is overly fascinated by small creatures and beasts, thinking himself as one at times; He likes crawling low to the ground and studying every fact of nature, for reference; He likes things to be natural.

History:

Being the second youngest of seven children, he knows very well that attention towards him comes by very scarcely, being neither oldest nor youngest. But he could very much care less. To him, this translates to opportunity. Obviously, without the consent of his busy parents, he slips out from the house often, the old-fasioned looking house towards the end of his street with a dying garden in the front, and runs over to a secret 'lair' he built himself several years before. There he whips up ideas and theories to use for that day, for his assumed position as the 'poltergeist' of the neighborhood.

When he was six, he realized that playing tricks on people was quite fun, especially if they were unable to fathom who was behind it. After successfully practicing on his siblings, he spanned out to the rest of the street and then the entire neighborhood. In realization that there was a likelihood of being caught one day, he prepared several aliases (his middle names and several others), so he would manage to stay out of trouble until he could find out how to block it completely.

Often times, he is seen with a small mixed tan and black terrier, which he calls 'Bastion'. Two years ago, he found the dog with a broken leg on the side of the road, sickly and weak. After nursing the dog back to health, the dog was fiercely loyal to Kaleb, henceforth, becoming his partner in crime and his best friend.

His greatest desire is to one day deceive the entire District 6, and very possibly, even the entirety of Panem. (A bit far fetched, but it had to start somewhere.)
