Appearance:

Lucii is of short to medium height for her age. She’s about five feet tall and she’s pretty skinny. She gets a good amount to eat, so she’s probably less skinny than most people in other districts.
She is fairly tan, seeing as she lives in the farming district, district 5. However, compared to others in her district, she’s pale. Lucii also has brown hair that’s flippy at the bottom, and it’s just a little longer than shoulderlength. She has just a little tinge of blonde in parts of her hair. The blonde streaks are from the sun, and aren’t prominent.

Personality:

Lucii’s personality is complicated. She’s nice to people when she first meets them, but once she feels comfortable around them, her sarcasm shows through. Because of the deaths of her father and brother, she was always overwhelmed with guilt and depression since age 12. She doesn’t let it show though, unless you’re trustworthy.
Once Lucii is friends with someone, she’s not afraid to tell them her innermost secrets. She’s still snappy and sarcastic, but people realize that when she’s angry it just means that she trusts them enough to let it show through. She’s very loyal once someone has proven themselves, but until then, a friend is just a temporary alliance that she’s not afraid to break.
Lucii’s personality overall can best be described as “guarded.” Lucii pretends to be naive, but in reality, she analyzes everything through. This is because she has been hurt too many times to not keep her innermost thoughts secret. She’s learned not to trust people until she knows they’re trustworthy. She will stab someone in the back if need be, and she’s not picky about whose knife it is. She’s good at making alliances and breaking them.

History:

Lucii was always close to her family. She worked with all of the farm animals under her father’s instruction, while her mother stayed inside. Lucii was raised to know about nature and plants and animals, growing up in District 5.
Lucii’s family included an older brother, a mother, and a father. Her older brother had died in the Hunger Games when she was 12 because she had been drafted into the Hunger Games, and her brother had volunteered to take her place. She was overwhelmed with guilt because of it, and she was depressed often as a result. Then when her father died from a heart attack after seeing his son die on TV, she was even less herself. She and her mother were the only ones left, and Lucii was sad almost constantly, not letting it show.
Lucii decided from the moment that she realized her brother had died for her, that she would enter the Hunger Games and win once she was prepared. She secretly trained, learning how to use various farm tools as weapons, and rationed her food so that she would be able to withstand the Hunger Games easier.
