Wears self fasions robes. Always makes sure that whatever he is wearing is bloodred. Muscular arms. Small abdomidal muscles.

Personality:

Really kind. Loves hunting. Loves the look of the muttation race. Has developed a capital accent. Dreams of being in the hunger games. Trainined himself with sticks as swords.
Can break up any fight. Has very few friends. Tries to stay away from the Seam. Goes to Hob on occasion. Hates Peacekeepers a lot.
Believes in exersising constantly. Know much about animals and vegitation. Can't identify sarcasm well. Very bad procrastinator, unless it has something to do with eating. Love animals and everything.

History:

Dosen't have a family (taken by peacekeeprs). Found wanderig once by friend. All famly taken and killed by peacekeepers to control him. Direct heritage to Mayor (grandfather). Many people that he has loved have come to resent him. Once beaten by peacekeepers (theivery). Peicekeepers won't allow him to stay in house other than the one that he self fasioned.
Has met President of the capitol. Been threatened with death on many occasions. Has learned to cook very well when parents died. Lives with a cat. His house is only one room.
House has been burned down many times by peacekeepers, he has suffered 3rd degree burns. He has lived in the victor's village (father was a victor). Moved out after familly was killed (forced). He had to live out in the street years before he could get a house. Was an A student until family was killed.

Hey Peeta!

My main concern is over David's history. I'm OK with that his father was a victor, but I'm wondering how he lived between when his house was burned down to now. Since he's underage, he would have been taken in by the community home so how did he get by in the streets without anyone catching on to the fact that he didn't have a house? And also -- why was David exempt from the torturing and murders by the Capitol if his family was killed?

That's about it. If you could rewrite your character's bio into having complete sentences instead of fragments, that'd be awesome as well. Thanks!
