Athena is reasonably tall - reaching 170 cm. She is slight, almost too thin to be considered healthy. She has long legs and arms that are pure muscle and bone. Her skin is only slightly tanned, preferring to burn under the sun.

Athena has sun-bleached blonde hair that's coarse and always messy reaching to her shoulder that framing her long face and deep green eyes. Her small mouth and full lips rarely smile, and when they do it's more of a smirk.

Personality:

Athena is increidbly cynical and many think themselves as her friend due to her natural charisma, but in actual fact she trusts and is loyal to none of them. She can easily charm people in oder to get what she wants. She is incredibly stubborn and stirring up troublepurely for her entertainment.

She is incredibly intelligent and resourceful. Athena has a particular talent for holding her breath underwater, diving and swimming through the ocean waters that she calls home.

Athena can be incredibly self destructive, always pushing people away in fear of being abandoned. Also, she has very little value for her life, always preferring the take risks rather than give up.

History:

Athena was born to two of the District 4 Peacekeepers. Growing up she had a priveledged life, allowing her to be educated where she shined in the classroom due to her natural intelligence. Athena always enjoyed discussing morals and ethics with her classmates and parents.

When she was 11, Athena had a fight with her parents over their treatment and the Capitol's treament of the citizens of District 4. Her parent's not believing what was coming out of their daughter's mouth kicked her out. Pretending she had been assinated by a rebel force, they hung and innocent man for the crime and pretend she never existed.

Adopting her new name Athena, she severed all ties with her formerfamily and her previous identity is unknown. Forced into independance, Athena quickly taught herself how to fish, make elaborate traps for food, pick-pocket and build her own shelters. Athena lives on one of the many beached of District 4 in her self-built home, occaionally earning money by taking on jobs on some of the fishing boats that line the horizon of her home. She spends her time getting food, swimming and daydreaming.

Athenahas earnt herself a small name amongst District 4, as for the past two Reapings she has not turned up on her own will, rather being marched to the Town square at gunpoint.

Nah, it's cool. =] I just have a problem with the History. Since peacekeepers are generally well known (for good reasons or not), wouldn't everyone know about the daughter of two of them who died? So my only issue is that the people who know her since she "earned herself a small name" probably remember the controversy over the peacekeeprs' daughter. And...that's about it. It's just that people might still recognize her, whether by name or not.

Just fix that part and she should be OK to go. Thanks!

It's still more about the notoriety that she would have gotten. It's kind of like if Miley Cyrus got assassinated (sorry, first name to come to mind) and then showed up years later...people would still recognize her, especially her parents' colleagues and probably her parents if they brought her at gunpoint in front of the whole district. That was a horrible analogy. Oh, well we'll go with it. =] Perhaps Athena changed herself to look totally different? I think the gunpoint part made your bio go the opposite direction though since the Peackeepers would know about (and not allow, as Katniss stated) a minor living by herself. Then you'd have to justify that too....
