Appearance:

Abi has blonde hair to just bellow the shoulders that has brown highlights. She has green eyes and a cute nose. She has distinct freckles on her face.
Abi is quite skinny with pale pink skin. She is midhight and stands about 5.4 foot tall.
She has disturbingly big ears but luckily her hair is thick to cover them. Sometimes her hair gets caught behind them though and people stare at them. She gets thoroughly embarassed when that happens.

Personality:

She wears a massive smile most of the time and is very welcoming with it. She's very friendly and allways knows how to start a conversation. She only has a few friends though.
She likes the sun and the snow equally and loves Spring. She's very creative and likes reading, writing and drawing. She is also very good at drawing.
She's allways kind to people who are kind to her but can get a bit angry when people aren't that nice.
Her confidence isn't up to scratch because of people staring at her big ears but she manages most of the time.
She can also act a little timid around strangers because she's sometimes scared that they might do to her what they did to her friend, Katien Longley.
Abi can sometimes be angry over the littlist thing which she hates about herself because it's not nice for other people.

History:

Abi grew up from the start in district 11 and has 3 younger sisters. Two of them are twins and 10. The other one is 6. She has a Mum but no Dad because her dad drowned In a deep river that runs down the bottem of the district. She has no cousins or half-sisters but she has an Auntie called Keilla Morrison. Her sisters are called Kassie Morrison(twin 1), Mailla Morrison(twin 2) and Litsun Morrison(6). Her Mum is called Gaiella Morrison and her Dad was called Maitisn Morrison.
Her best friend, Kielsinnia Marienglan, died in The Hunger Games when she was 12 and her other friend, Katien Longley, was murdered by a man called Fainican Kain-Srisht, who was executed.
She has been lucky enough to go to a decent junior school but her Mum can't afford to put her in a good high school so she goes to the district's free high. Mostly she's had a rough life but she's still alive and in good shape other than the emotional memories of her dead friends and her dead Dad.

I'm sorry to say, but your character is not up to the standards and has various issues that have turned her into a Mary-Sue - such as her flawless body and personality. You're still not quite hitting the length requirements: we require two paragraphs minimum for appearance, three for personality, and three for history. It looks like you sort of have a few little partial-paragraphs; these need to be longer. It would be better if you could double-space between paragraphs (hit enter twice instead of once) because the forums don't handle indenting.

Note that her friend wouldn't have been killed in the Hunger Games two years ago (when she was 12) as the site did have a 54th Hunger Games (two years ago) meaning that in our cannon, the person you mentioned could not have been a tribute then.

Another thing would be in terms of Panem's schooling — there's no public or private (or free or whatever you called it) in Panem as everyone gets more or less the same amount of education. Nobody would be willing or able to pay for a private education, especially in the lower districts.
