Appearance:

As a child she was nicknamed "Pixie" by her peers,since she's-well-tiny. Despite her size, she's fit and the fastest runner in her class. She is one of the strongest as well.The girl is 4'5" tall and weighs 75 pounds. Meda is extremely pale from all the times she was thrown into the cellar.

Meda has short, bushy ginger hair. Her eyes are gray that have a look of annoyance about them. She has a sinister grin with yellowish teeth. And she has several scars from beatings.

Personality:

Meda has a short temper span and often gets into fights. She is also not a people person and barely has any true friends. If you are a real friend you have someone to stand up for you no matter what, but if you are one of her many enemies, watch out!

She is intelligent but ruthless and doesn't let anyone get in her way. She despises the Capitol but is fasinated with the Games and how the Capital keeps the districts in line by using them.

Meda dreams of going into the games and winning money and fame.She tries volunteer but it's so hard to get picked. Ever since she was 5, she has been training every day. Meda is an excellent fighter excpecially with fists and knifes. Though at first she seems cold, she has a soft spot for tiny children and birds(which she hates).

History:

Meda was found by some peacekeepers who were training children how to hunt. The peacekeepers,
who were very cold and hated even the thought of caring for a baby, instantly took her to the closest orphanage.

This orphanage was on the outskirts of 2 and was one of the cruelest. Most of the time children only had a small slab of bread and gruel(compared to the average district 2 citizen,they were starving). They were beaten and thrown in the cellar for the smallest of things. It was required to take tesserare and give it to the owners. If you were one of the children, you would have to wait for the
peacekeeprs to finish eating their gourmet food.

Now at 15, Meda knows her clock is ticking. After the reaping if you are 18 you will be kicked out of the orphanage with no help at all. Her best hope is to become a peacekeeper. Even though she may be cold, she can't imagne becoming a peacekeeper and hurting inoccent children.

First thing's first. Please read the new and updated rules before making a character. You should also read the bio self-check guide and maybe even Luna's Character Creation guide, just to be sure of yourself.

The appearance section is too short. The minimum is two paragraphs, which you met; but, we also require that you have at least five good-length sentences per paragraph for it to count. Try extending her appearance section. Describe her more detailedly and add extra paragraphs if you can.

In truth, she doesn't look like a regular District 2 citizen.

If you are going to make this generalization, you must also describe what a regular District 2 citizen looks like. Seeing as District Two is one of the more diverse Districts, I doubt there would really be a regular in the first place. Just, try to avoid generalizations in character applications, and in future writing.

She also needs some flaws. Other than being horridly underweight and extremely tiny, she doesn't have any other body marks that aren't pretty. For someone of her background, I would expect a lot more flaws. Just add a few more.

Personality is fine, though a lot more should be added. She could use some flaws here as well. I can see where you tried to give her some, but to not much avail.

History needs a complete revamp. It doesn't make any sense. How could they just leave their kids behind? No parent would do that unless intentional. If the parents had some kind of disease that makes them forget really significant things then maybe I could see it, but I doubt that's an actual disorder, so... have fun with that one.

The history length is fine, but the character's own history is short. Most of the history was about her parents leaving their kids behind randomly just for plot development. Try to think of a better way for her to end up alone in D2, please.
