Comments/Other: She is umm.... Constantly keeping everyone on edge, with her personality. She doesn't trust anyone, or anything.... except the necklace she wears....Also, she's insane.... That is why she has the "voice" and she lives in her dark, demented world.

Mage is the unusual Capitol resident, abnormal brown hair. She isn't too fond of the colors and things that the Capitol supplies its people with and wishes to stay original. There is one scar, along her back, from a punishment she got for blackmailing one of her classmates. Her eyes are blue with an outer ring of gray, and a ring of gray around the pupil. Her nose is straight and her lips are always in a smile, well, except when shes angry..... or blackmailing, but in that case, her lips are in a smirk.
She has a slim frame from being disgusted by the Capitolsscary delights. She is short, but has high expectations for herself when it comes to her work, even though she isn't too smart.

Personality:
She isn't very rude, but has a way with her stupid comments about the luxury she lives in, as a resident of the Capitol. She hates Panem and the Capitol she stays in, the only thing she likes about her world, is the... Hunger Games. She hates not being able to participate in them, due to living in the Capitol. She could never understand, how the districts could hate these, she wanted to be in these games, badly. One day she hopes to be able to go to another district and live there, but that will never happen in the next year she tells herself, so she goes on living in her, dark, tormenting world. she keeps a smile on her face, to keep people from wondering what she is thinking behind her creepy blue and gray eyes.
She stays nice to people, because she is not all kind on the inside. Her "voice", as she calls it, is always telling her secrets she knows about people. She never knew the secrets, but they always seem to be true(Read history for details on the "voice" and secrets), the secrets are all old, but they are still useful for blackmail. She uses the secrets she knows to blackmail the teachers at her school into letting her skip, not do work, and still pass with straight A's.
The only person, actually, thing, she trusts is her necklace.

History:
When Mage was a very young baby, her mother was the gossip queen of the capitol. Her mother, would always tell her the secrets she found out, about her friends, neighbors, people she worked with(other teacher), students, and there parents. She told all of her secrets to Mage and never took back a word. As Mage grew up, her mother stopped telling her secrets, because she didn't want anyone to know that she knew the secrets. Instead of giving her the luxury of secrets, she gave her a necklace, a small chest type charm, with a heart on it. Her mother always told her, "The chest holds many secrets within your heart." Mage always liked this saying, and then she started hearing the "voice", she told her mother of the voice, and the things it was telling her. Her mother realized it was the secrets that she had told Mage when she was a baby, and decided she couldn't live with the regret of these people finding out she knew there deepest, darkest, secrets.
One night, she took a knife and slit her throat. The next morning Mage, age 7 at the time, walked into the kitchen to see her mother in a puddle of blood. Mage stood there for hours not doing anything but staring at her mothers body. Eventually, after three days someone came to the house, to find Mage collapsed on the floor, nearly dead from exhaustion, dehydration and malnourished. They sent Madge to a community home, and then, she turned into a "Knight" as she calls herself. She kept the necklace, the only thing she kept, as a reminder of the "voice". When she started talking again, though it was only to the necklace, her mother gave her, the "voice" came back, telling her the secrets of the children and caretakers. She used the secrets to blackmail her roommates, classmates, and lunch-buddies, to get what she wanted from each and everyone one of them. She never had friends, so she didn't care what the other children thought of her.
One time, she was caught, only once though, when one of the children told a caretaker of her blackmailing tricks, she was punished, badly. The punishment left her with a scar along her back.
Still, she continued to use her blackmailing trick, against many, many, people. Then, she turned 12, the Hunger Games. She thought she could finally be reaped into the Hunger Games, but soon realized, only the Districts. She hated the Capitol, and rebelled in any way she could, keeping her natural skin color, hair color, and eye color. She kept up using her blackmailing trick and was always on edge. She watched the Hunger Games every year in the community home.
One day, a woman came in and asked for her, by name, Mage Knight. When the caretaker came to get her, she thought she had gotten caught again and she struggled, but when she was told, someone was adopting her by name, she became confused and silently walked the rest of the way. People watched from there doors as they walked down the hall. The hoped she would be gone, but they doubted it, yet she was. Mage was taken into an interviewing room, and she saw someone she had never seen before, "Who are you?" she asked the lady. The lady, being her mothers best friend said, "A friend of your mothers."
Mage, couldn't, and didn't believe her for many reasons. Mage, had no choice but to go home with her because of the adoption papers. She spent the next 5 years fighting any chance that her mothers best friend could befriend her. Her world became dark, and evil. She became more and more evil, still listening to the "voice" in her head. She continued to watch the Hunger Games every year with blood lust in her eyes, and lastly, she was still planning to avenge her mothers suicide, on whoever she can blame.
