Appearance:

He looks comepletly different from his siblings. He takes after his mother, with his deep green eyes and dirty blond hair. His skin is tan, and he has a scar on his back that goes from his left shoulder blade to the bottom right side of his back from when he was 4. (Read more about it in history) He has a height of 4'5 and he quite skinny. He has birthmark on his arm in the shape of a 1.

Personality:

He keeps to himself and never talks to anyone but his stufffed animal that his mother made him, he doesn't trust anything capitol made. He despises the capitol. (read more in history) He very fast, faster than his sister and brother but together. He has amazing knowledge about the woods. He goes in their everyday to eat, because as stated above he doesn't trust anything capitol made. He is very intelligent but usually its just with plants and the woods, he doesn't care about school.

History:

Because his father died in the games when he was 18, his mother didn't have him with the father. So truly its not his father, infact he doesn't have a father. His mother took a medicene made by the capitol that allowed women to have children without a man. Which is why he has a 1 birthmark on his arm. The capitol took away his father and he hates them for that. He refuses to train for the hunger games and his family doesn't force him to. He never uses anything capitol made. The only place he feels secure is in the woods by himslef, sometimes accompanied by his brother and sister, and the woods is actually where he got his scar. He was going into the woods for the very first time, which in district 1 is a very difficult task. Which is why his siblings didn't think it was the best idea but he insisted. They had to climb a tree on the outside and then jump to one on the inside but one mis step and you were fried. When Cercis went to jump he made it but his back had scraped against the barb wire of the fence and cut him, deep. Had his sister not been with him that day, he would've died, because his sister is a healer.
