Poco a very short girl, she has a medium build and is african american. Her skin is black like the night. She would be very very tough to see in the night. She has brown curly hair. To top her whole look off she has bright green eyes.

Poco stands at about 4' 10 and weighs about 110 lbs. Nobody ever makes fun of Poco even though she is a little on the chubby side because they still know what she could do to them if she is set off.

Poco is always seen with her signature designer jeans on along with some type of expensive brand name shirt on. She rarely takes off her necklace that was given to her the day she was born. It has her birth stone on it, (Amethyst) along with a huge beautiful diamond on it. She pays huge attention to detail, being a career tribute she doesn't hesitate to find someone's weakness and destroy them with it.

Poco loves bandana's more than she loves designer jeans, shirts and even shoes. The only thing she treasures more in the world is her necklace. I am not talking about silk 100 bandana's either just a simple single colored bandana. Something about paisley just calms poco down. She has about 20 different bandana's that when spread across her bed make the rainbow.

Personality:

Poco is a pampered wild child from D1. She gets what she wants and will hurt you and/or threaten you if she doesn't get what she wants. She will walk into a restaurant and pick a table, rather than wait to be seated by a hostess. She appears to be outgoing in school. Always answering questions and things, but it turns out she is deathly shy....I don't think shy describes her correctly....she just chooses not to speak most times.

Poco's main flaw is always getting everything she has ever wanted special occasion or not. No matter how rich her parents are they will not be able to come running to her every need if she is ever reaped into the games.

Poco is nice to two people, her dad and Timothy Hearst. She loves them both. If anything were ever to happen to either of them Poco would be devastated. She would hunt down the person who did kill either one of them and kill them herself.

If I had to describe Poco in one word I would have to use...Brat. She is a demon child that is quiet in public, but once she walks through the door of her mansion all hell lets loose. This girl will not be messed with if reaped. If you aren't on her team. Your as good as dead.

History:

Poco was born June 7, Year of the 44th games. She was very quiet up until about age 10. Then she found out her district was not only the richest but 2nd in command to the capitol. She decided since she lived in D1. She could have and do what ever she wanted.

Poco loves to take long walks a night. She knows the color of her skin is a huge advantage so she trains her eyes every night becoming a custom to the dark. She has been taking walks with her father since she was very young.

What Poco didn't realize was that her district was treated just like the others. D1 just has enough food to go around unlike half of the other districts.

Poco was right for the most part until one day her mother her told her the one word she hated most, "No." Poco flipped on her mom. She grabber the poker out of the fire and singed her mother's neck. Poco's mom moved out because she was so terrified of her own daughter. Poco now lives with her father & her step-mom.

Every career tribute has a specialty in my mind, Poco's are dual axes. She learned how to wield them from one of the finest trainers in the district, (no doubt the most expensive as well) he has been teaching her to use these since she was very young. When she is holding her axes she becomes VERY serious. She is not the cocky spoiled girl like normal, she becomes a conservative, cunning and deadly girl.

She absolutely loves Timothy Hearst. I doubt he knows it though. She always has admired the way he carried himself since he was very young. She hasn't talked to him, but if he dies in the games he is just about to enter she will certainly be a mess for the rest of the year. Even though timothy is quite a bit older than she is, Poco feel that should not be a barrier for their love.

Please put more information in all sections. They're all coming a bit short; and, a section of the first Appearance paragraph should more belong in the Personality section than the Appearance.

Personality could be described into one major paragraph called "spoiled" or "brat". Please include in more traits about Poco that are both good and bad (smart is neutral). We need to know more about Poco, please.

The Hunger Games is set in a futuristic date; we never know the date. If you want to establish a year date, you can say "June 7, year of the 44th Games" or something along the lines. And did you get the consent of Gorim to say she likes Timothy Hearst, specifically? Just to be sure, is all.

Your ring would be confiscated; the Capitol inspects the District Tokens. To throw that in.

Any sign of goodness is still absent from Personality, unless any positivity is just not explained. You've now added she's a dual-axe user trained under a fine trainer, yet you didn't add that to History, where it would seem more proper. You've included seriousness, deadliness, and conservation... and again nothing was given 'positive' from when I first posted here. Are you trying to buffer this girl if she's chosen? :/

Grammar and spelling could be fixed. To be professional, the ampersand (&) would be 'and'. Commas are missing; and, though I don't expect perfection, this application could be cleaned for grammatical and spelling errors.
