Fairly tall, for a woman, with long, straight blonde hair, blue-grey eyes, and cold, pretty features.

As far as clothing goes, she prefers darker tones, and is fairly stylish. When she's on a job, she wears black, stretchier clothing, like yoga pants and long-sleeved running shirts.

She doesn't smile often, and when she does, it comes off as more of a smirk; mocking and cold.

Personality:

Manipulative, shrewd, and cold, Ruby was practically born to be an assassin. She's not exactly the most moral type, being well-versed in the art of torture, and far from squeamish in her use of it. In fact, she likes to play with her targets before killing them, making her one of the most terrifying assassins in the Guild. And a leader that no one wishes to cross, due to her liberal use of capital punishment.

Yet despite her cold, undeniably sadistic ways, she can grow close with people, and love. She's fond of her fellow District leaders, who are also her subordinates, and she emphasizes loyalty to fellows and comrades. To her, loyalty is paramount, more so than fun or money, though not all agree with her.

As an assassin, she's often called on to not only kill targets, but torture them for information. She does this with relish, and often laments the newer assassins lack of patience and "craftsmanship."

History:

While her childhood was normal enough, her personality was anything but. She was born with one type of psychosis or another, and an obvious sadistic streak. The pets of her enemies met horrific ends, and the owners often found paws, tails, tongues and eyes scattered about their lawns.

While she would have enjoyed being in the Games, having been trained as a Career in a desperate attempt on her parents part to help curb her natural inclination towards violence, she never volunteered, preferring a more "go with the flow" outlook.

After turning eighteen and becoming a legal adult, Ruby took to wandering the streets, and eventually began murdering random passersby. Eventually, people began to notice, and politicians started realizing that this was a good way to get rid of their opponents, and so they began to discreetly hire her to kill their enemies, and then attributed it to a crazed serial killer, but never allowing her to be captured.

Eventually, Ruby realized the potential in the jobs, and began an underground Guild of killers, finding good killers, be they insane or sane, to help her in her lucrative endeavors.

She currently resides in District One as a District Leader and the Guild Master.
