She has long brown hair which she normally keeps in a ponytail. She has light blue eyes. She is on the skinny side and is a bit tall for her age. She has some what tan skin. Her arms and legs are cut up from worcking in the fields. She also has small scare on the right side of her face. She normaly will noramly wear a tatered white shirt and a tatered pair of white shrots.

Personality:

Cara is a fast runner and good at climbing and has a very bright happy personality most of the time but she can get very angry at times she has a strong dislike for the capital. She normaly tells jokes in the feilds and laughs a lot. Inside though she secretly grives for her fathers death. She is terrified of traker jakets because of waht happened to her father. Cara has a talent for wood carving she kepts a small rock by her bed that she uses for carving wood she carves small bowls and animals and will sell them at the market. She can be very brave at times but most of the times she is shy and timed

History:

Cara has a mother and a 16 year old sister her father died from tracer jaket stings when she was 10. Her job in the fields is to harvest the fruits off the tops of trees she will climb as far as she can up a tree and then pick all off the fruits at that level and then swings a long stick to knock down any fruits that she cant reach she became a fast runner because she had To run across the fields to harvest fruit that any one couldn't reach. When She was 11 her family was starving so her sister stole fruit from the fields to help feed the family after doing it for months she got cought and was whiped in front the entier town and was nearly killed which is why Cara hates the capital so much.Cara got cought talking in the fields and got whiped for it. It lefte a small scare on her face. She will slip into the woods ocasonily to scavange for food and sometimes she will try and hunt small game with a make shift speare she made out of a willoed stick and a rock.
