Titus stands at a massive 6 feet 6 inches.
He boasts two huge arms and massive hands, either of which could easily crush a human skull. He has very tan skin and a complection covered in various scars.
His face is that of a troll. topped with heavy greasy black hair that falls to his shoulders, A broken nose that never quite healed correctly, ears that resemble caloflower, jagged, sharp teeth the color of mustard. He has very tan skin and a complection covered in various scars. Not a face that would win any beauty contests.
He recieved the scars in his first fight. One with an 18 year old that later went on to win the 51st Hunger Games. Titus had actually been winning the fight when the other boy pulled out a very illegal knife and cut him multiple times before the boy realized that he would be executed for killing another person and left Titus in a pool of blood. He was back working on the mountain the next day, But the wounds never healed.

Personality:

Titus is larger than most of the full grown men in District Two His *epic* muscles come from hauling rock around the large mountain that the Peace Keepers use as a Head quarters. , and with that comes a natural ability to withstand pain and injury. He cannot take credit for having any amazing fighting capabilities.
His main weapon in simply his massive clubs he calls his hands. He has absolutely no care for human life. Staring at him for too long very well may result in a broken neck... And you becoming dinner. Titus is a known freak. People generally tend to stay clear of him, in an attempt to not take unneeded risks.
To sum up Titus Kasharm in one word it would have to be "unstable" His IQ is extremely low and has been known to go on rampages simply for being called a "brute."

History:

Titus was found in the wooded area surrounding D2 when he was age 7. He had been living off wild deer that he was able to find at the bottom of ravines or what was left over from a previous kill from a larger animal of prey. He, nor anyone else knew how he had gotten to the forest. He was taken into to the local orphanage where it soon became obvious that he was by no means a "normal" child. He often got into fights with other children, he always won, and severly injured the other child. It was once said that he took on 4 boys all at once and ended the fight unscathed.
He only very rarely even speaks, But when he does it is in short segments in third person. "Titus trade this." "Titus wonders if."
He enjoys killing... A lot. He watches the Hunger Games as much as he can. His favorite games were the 50th. The Quarter Quell. Where he was able to watch twice as many tributes fight to the death in the arena. Always trying to watch the replays on the large screens in the square as well. He often envisions himself as one of the tributes in the games. Joyfully killing other children.

EDIT: Alright, here's a few things you can add:

Appearance:
-You talk about him being 'massive'. I'm assuming he's got lots of muscles. How did he get that way? Does he work out?
-The scars. How did he get them?
-You can go into depth more about his face. Structure? Square, round? Wide forehead? What about eyebrows, do they arch? Any stubble? You also haven't told us his hair color. Is it short? Long? Frizzy?

Personality:
-Okay, you've told us what he's truly like. What about what others think of him? What he thinks of himself?
-Does he have any friends, any at all? If so, how did he make them?
-What does he think of things such as friends/family/relationships? You've told us he has no care for human life. Now elaborate. How did he get that way?

History:
-What went on in that orphanage of his? How did the other children treat him? How did he treat them?
-Maybe tell us a little bit more about that childhood of his. What else did he do in those woods? How did he end up there?
-Was there any Games that made a particular mark on him? A Games he liked best?
-What about his family? Does he have any? Even if he doesn't, you can still tell us about that, and how he's alone.
