As it shows, he has white hair. His hair is always covering his left eye. Nobody knows what happened to his eye. Of course, he doesn't want anybody knowing. His eye(s) are red.
He has a big white cloak thing. He has big, white, boots. He has a cane (that he doesn't need) with a sword in it. He just pulls off the tip and the sword is there.
He is your average height.
Break is creepy, he always has a creepy smile on his face. He has a MAJOR sweet tooth. He always has some form of sweet in his big cloak thingamajig. (I don't know what exactly that thing is) Of course, since he is creepy, he still eats normal food. His creepyness comes from appearing form different places. He could be under the cabinet of all you know!History:

Vincent, also known as Break, lost an eye when he was thirteen. Although, nobody has any idea about that. They don't really pay attention at all to his hair covering his left eye.Codeword: muttations
He was able to learn how to use a sword, even with his disability. He was able to learn how to use his legs as well, that's why he's so flexible, that's why he can fit into cabinets, that's why etc.
Fallowing up on his loss of his eye, he ended up living in District 2, unable to leave the District. He decided to make the most of it. Since he didn't care to go to school... after all, he is already smarter than the teachers... he spends his day walking around.
He knows that he might get picked for the Hunger Games. He doesn't care though, he might as well go along. He has always been able to accept things, how do you think he has a smile on his face all the time. A CREEPY ONE TOO!
