Appearance:

Dmitri has jet black hair that is just past his dark brown eyes. Dmitri is 5 feet 11 inches tall. He has an average weight so he isn't big but he isn't skinny, just average. Dmitri walks with a "Don't **** with me" kind of walk and has a tan, proving that he doesn't spend all his time in a house or in front of a computer. During colder days he is usually seen wearing faded/worn out blue jeans, a black and red or white hoody, black skater shoes, and a t-shirt underneath the hoody.

Personality:

Dmitri is very, VERY antisocial. He would much rather read or hack various computer systems on his laptop that was handed down through his family. Dmitri doesn't take crap from anybody, and people who screw with him usually don't mess with him anymore. Dmitri will usually try to avoid other people, unless they are in trouble. If random people come up to him and start talking Dmitri will either just ignore them or tell them off. Dmitri also likes quoting various old video games, and example would be "The cake is a lie!!!" Dmitri loves to ditch school and/or work to go do something fun with friends, like mess with the peacekeepers or the adults of District 3.

History:

Dmitri grew up around computers and other types of technology, and has a very strong Russian Ancestry. His parents are never really home and Dmitri is a self taught computer hacker. Dmitri almost was caught once for hacking the Peacekeepers computer system so the people of District 3 would have some more money, and now has a very very great hate for authority... Dmitri received his first and only laptop at the age of 10, a very, VERY old macbook pro. He was told that the computer was older than Panem but still ran very good. He still uses to this day. Both his parents died in a work related incident but he never did find out the details
