Appearance: He has sort of short dirty blond hair. He wears a black shirt under his coat which holds his secret weapon (his pistol from his Peacekeeper father). He has black cargo's and black shoes. His jacket is the color of brown. He also carries a knife inside his jacket. There are straps under his jacket so he can hold his weapons. He has sort of pale skin and his eyes are deep dark brown. He also has black gloves so his sweaty palms don't get in the way of doing anything. He normally has a straight face that normally shows no emotion.
Personality: Isaac is a normally serious person whom thinks before he acts. He's a book worm who is also a great shot. His father, being a Peacekeeper, gave him a pistol and taught him how to shoot well. He's also good at hand to hand combat... but pretty much everything else he's kind of bad at. Especially women!!! He really is horrible. He has only one friend due to his awesome thinking power. People don't seem to like the quiet type.... so he has only one friend because he is far too much full of thinking processes to actually speak too much....
History: Isaac got into reading when he was about four. He had first started reading a few books that were a bit advanced for him or his age at that time. But his mother wasn't all that worried. But when he turned twelve... he started to read more complicated books like "The Da Vinci code". That's when his mom noticed his knack for reading incredibly hard books like Dune.
He had always though things through first. He rarely didn't think at all. Before he spoke, he would always think it. He never made a stupid move unless he was sure for it to work. He even thought over whether to go to school or not in the morning.... which is kind of weird if you ask anybody. This is where it got him into trouble with people. People just didn't like him for being the kind of guy who just stood there rather than getting into the fights that others got... or hit on girls like the other idiots. He just stood there, thinking.
His dad had taught him how to use the pistol he gave him to defend himself because he thought that he was going to be attacked one day. But Isaac never used it unless necessary... so that's never happened before. But he always keeps it in his jacket... just in case. Plus his father was not there so he wanted to honor his request for it could have been his last. His father had gone to stop the resistance from interfering with the Hunger Games... which he hates. So that's pretty much it.
