brown baseball cut hair with a hint of blond from being bleached from the sun. broud shoulders and a strong upper body from hunting. his teeth are almost straight. and he has freckles covering the most visble parts of his body: face, arms, lower legs ect. his eyes are hazel/sea foam green. he is 5'5''.

Personality:

he is out-going and very lively. but he gets depresed easily whenever someone talks about the capitol. sometimes he is over sarcastic and sneaky. when he gets mad, which happens alot he jumps to conclusions and ignores you for a while. he is very friendly though and makes you feel like your at home where ever you are. his happiness shines through and once he sees someone he likes: a friend he meets or a random person on the street, he wont leave them alone. he tries to figure out people always wondering and asking questions, trying to get inside their minds.he isnt very responsible but can be if he sets his mind to it. He is very straight foward and comes off as someone who takes it easy.

History:

Being an only child didnt seem to bother Colin that much. he never wanted to look after someone else. he can barely look after himself. he had a childhood friend named McKayla, who always looked after him and vise versa. until her parents turned into avoxes and were sentenced to work at the capitol. and of course she had to go with them. His parents are pretty self sufficient and are never home. they have jobs at the market place run under their home, they hunt inside district lands and sell what they can to make ends meet. *no pun intended*
Colin, always in a curios mood, always wants to know what happened to McKayla. while he knows she went to the capitol and her parents are now avoxes, he wants to know how she is and if she still remebers him, thats why he tries to figure out what is inside other peoples heads. if they remember McKayla and her family being taken away, it seems like no one does though. he now hunts outside of the district because it was a hobby that he and McKayla did whenever his parents were selling eveything their eyes landed on. it seems to help pass the time. he is always trying to find a new substitute friend to replace McKayla, but never seems to. so now he just lives his life the best he can with out her. She is always on his mind, whether he is aware or not.
he seems to have an art with a michette and is very good with a sling shot and short sword. this is only because McKayla had helped him train with these in the past.
no matter what turns he takes in life they all have something to do with McKayla.
