A pale figure when he was both young and old, William was always cold inside and always had a cold vibe. He has an average frame and isn't the tallest of the bunch, but isn't short either. Obviously with his old age, his hair is pure white and has faded blue/gray eyes to go along with it.

Personality:

He, at all times, was never considered a happy and friendly man. In reviews and school newspapers, he was referred to and here it is as quoted: "...possibly the meanest man on Earth...." and "....I'd rather get reaped into the Games when its full of Careers than see him again...". He has never shown a trace of sympathy and possibly never will. But the question still hangs in the air: Why is he like this?

History:

William lived a normal life. Just like anybody else. He lived through Reapings. No beating. No bullying. Just grumpy. And that's they way he grew up. He went from school to school, working as a counselor. There, he earned his nickname of "The Cure". It's unknown whether he had a wife or any kids at all. But whenever asked, he shows no answer, but instead walks away. His death was tragic when suffered from heart problems and eventually died from a severe heart attack. Though, there has been rumors that he lives amongst the wanderers...
