Camo would be a training station option, kind of late for these games, but maybe could get a place in a future one. If taken then it would just prevent stealth from being used, kind of like how Peeta could chill by the river hidden and no one could sneak up on him.

I feel like this has been brought up a number of times in the past, but it has always been deemed too complicated. Having a station simply to negate another station would be fairly unhelpful. Thank you for your suggestion, though.

I agree now that probably was a bad suggestion but I've had another one of my famous ideas =)

What if the Camoflauge station meant that you could pick, a day free from attack for your tribute? You'd just mention that your using camoflauge at the same time that you'd send your location in PM to the Gamemakers, so they could exclude you from the mandated fights that day, and then you'd put in printacies after the name of you thread for that day Camoflauge to let them know that they can't enter. Obviously you can't use it on day 1, and if you attack someone else it vanishes, but one attack free day would be a big help to many tributes.

i think that this is an amazing idea, but i think that if this is something maybe your tribute could not hunt or set traps for that day, or collect food.

The purpose of having mandated fights is to move the Games along, though. >.> I understand that tributes need to have days off, but if every day is a week and tributes start having days off, can you imagine how long the Games would take?

And it's not like the Gamemaker is mean enough to make sure the tributes don't have any days off. As the Games progresses, there are fewer mandated fights. Oh, and location is another big thing. Just try not to have your tribute go somewhere that will most definitely be occupied by another tribute. =)

not that i necessarily agree with anyone right now, but i was kind of thinking the games are going by pretty fast, in-character wise. the longest hames we've had was 9 nine days. in the book, the games lasted about two weeks, and they even had nearly half of them die in the bloodbath.

I was referring to out-of-character. Actually, I'm not complaining too much since it takes me forever to post, but from an outsider's point of view, it moves rather slowly.

I agree that from outside it moves pretty slowly but Quint has a point. Maybe you should attempt to make the games have more days, and decrease the amount of real time days to 4 or 5 per HG day. Also if there were more days ( in the HG ) using your skill to get a day of would make more sense.
