Semi tall(5'11''). skinny, but not starving. stands with posture as proud as a victor, even though she is an avox. pale skin, that tightens into dimples when she smiles. her hair is a light brown that brushes against her ankles. slightly pointed ears that protrude from the sea of hair. lightning blue eyes. She has only had two modifications done to her body, her tongue, of course, and small piercings on either ear.

Personality:

Even though she is thoroughly broken, she feels that she has found her place in the world, and that she was meant to be who she is. She is continuously awe struck by the complete beauty of the capitol and the people who reside there, and would never dare to cross one of the guards.
Valisma has learned sign language and how to read lips, but her true colors show in her writing, which she uses for communication as well as stress release. She keeps a slightly morbid fascination with the games, in that she can't believe some of the lack of survival skills possessed by the tributes, and wishes she had enough money to sponsor the tributes that can do anything as far as survival. Valisma is truly loyal, as she wouldn't think for second of hurting a capitol resident, but her obedience can be hindered by her admiring something that could be taken for granted by any other capitol dweller.

History:

She grew up in the woods around district 7, raised by her mother, father, and older brother. she learned to hunt and cook from her brother, as her father was usually trying to start some sort of uprising or protest against the lack of pay for the workers.When valisma was 10, her father was caught during an anti-capitol meeting. Because he did not work in the district, they arrested him and questioned him. When he mentioned his family under drugs, they began to search the woods, and soon came upon the small camp where valisma was raised. At the time that they arrived, she was sleeping, and when she awoke she was on her way to the capitol, her mother and brother had been killed on sight, and she was destined to be an avox.
