Appearance

• 5'4" {or just under}
  
• Blue, almost grey, usually 'vacant' looking eyes
  
• Vacant expressions, even if she is smiling, scowling, etc it doesn't usually seem to reach her eyes
  
• Nose is set slightly to the left due to a break,
  
• Almost always be seen in something with long, 'billowy' sleeves - usually a shirt or long dress.
  

Personality

• To those she doesn't know, she is usually seen as 'mentally disabled' or 'not completely there'
  
• Manipulative and deceiving, she's been 'playing' the role of a mentally disturbed/not there child for about five years.
  
• Toward those she knows and trusts with all her heart, Alicia is a very warm and caring girl.
  
• Very insecure, and extremely scared of letting anyone close for fear of having them ripped from her (especially due to games)
  

Quick History

• Parents only married due to her mother being pregnant with Alicia
  
• Alicia has a sister two years younger than her - Elizabeth Rose Riveria {I may or may not make her into a character?}
  
• Alicia grew up in a violent household.
  
• At 11 years of Age Alicia lost her mother, the officials just marked it as a freak accident. None of the family talk about it.
  
• From the year her mother died, Alicia took over being the 'main provider' for her sister. Since her father was a drunk, she would stash money to make sure they were able to survive.
  

Other

• Alica's farther owns a cosmetics shop, that also stocks 'removable tattoos' which wash off at the end of the day
  
• Alicia works in her father's cosmetic shop, along with sewing clothing for children which she also sells or trades.
  
• She sews most of her's and Elizabeth's clothes, stealing 'scrap material'. As a result most of their clothes look like a patch work.
  
• Alicia's family aren't as well off as they seem to be, though they manage to convince the 'general public' they are...

• Usually seen in shorts that reach mid-thigh, for swimming convenience, and a long sleeved top. Almost always carries a knife strapped to her left fore arm, hidden by her shirt.
  

Personality

• Extremely social, very loud/outgoing
  
• Laid back - not much phases or concerns the girl.
  
• Easily depressed when she's alone, which is why she tends to be surrounded by people a lot.
  
• Stubborn, she won't take no for an answer - or even a "you can't do that"

• Born into a financially stable family. Nothing over the top.
  
• Only child, despite parent's trying to have a second child.
  
• Started training at 8, took to throwing knives and daggers
