Obnoxious Issues

So I have this super adorable, super sweet, did I mention adorable runaway from District Eight. She's got this whole I've-Got-Issues-But-Because-I'm-A-Mary-Sue-I-Somehow-Am-Brave-Enough-To-Deal-With-It-And-Yes-I'm-Perfect complex. The motherly girl who took in an orphaned little sister of a former Tribute. The gentle Healer of the Uprising. Basically she's the girl next door, down to the long, cascading blonde hair.

So what am I going to do about it? I'm going to give her more issues! Illiana Annwn has always struggled with her weight. She is a natural skinny girl, but Lana doesn't believe she's light enough. Oh, so you've guessed it? I want her to get involved in a romance where somebody stops her from taking things too far. Something passionate and also innoce--

HEY WAIT A SECOND, THATS LIKE THE MOST MARY-SUEISH PLOT IDEA EVER!

So actually what I really want to do with her is drive Illiana half-insane. She needs a friend, somebody with a preexisting not-RPed relationship with her. I want this person to abuse her, generally treat her like scum but at the same time try to stop her from killing herself like this. I want a love-hate relationship with another character, somebody who isn't afraid to treat her like a seventeen year old runaway instead of assuming she's so innocent and child-like because she was raised by the magical Fair Folk without much human-contact and the world is so fresh and new and amazing to her! Yeah, so basically something needs to go down to rough her up a bit...

Any gender/age/District welcomed but I'd prefer a Runaway, maybe a little older than her?

I'd be interested in creating a character specifically for her. Of course, you'd have to see my roleplaying first and approve. But I should be pretty good at treating her like scum. ^^

Hmmm, I'll have to see some of your RPing -shudders- The idea of designing a character for this plot did not occur to me. I'm not sure whether or not I like the idea, but I've seen your work with the Petros family so eh, this might be good.

Yeah, if you give me a week, you'll be able to see me roleplaying with Dee and Ruthie. I can keep up length-wise, but it just might be the frequency that would be the problem. But hey, I tend to reply faster to the more interesting ones, so you might be in luck.
