HEIGHT/WEIGHT
Gage tops out at about 5' 10½" (179 cm) in height. He is around the average for boys his age, which suits him fine. He attempts to always have a perfect posture, but stress influences him all time, putting him into a slouched position, knocking off a few inches. As for weight, he is about 130lbs, which is slightly underweight, but he would rather be thin than fat. Despite the fact that he doesn't participate in many athletic activities, most of his weight comes from the muscle he has. However, we will get into more detail about his muscles later on.

SKIN/TAN
Gage seems to be unusual with his appearance. He spends most of his time indoors, reading, studying or working, however, he has still been able to develop a bronze tan. Despite being lighter, it is still there on his smooth skin. His skin is soft, and has vague traces of pimples, moles and freckles, however, they may not be as prominent as those of other District Three workers. Gage's skin is often surprising to most, although it's just skin to him.

MUSCLES
Muscles are not expected to belong to Gage. The most exercise he might do is lift a few books, or factory equipment. However, he happens to have prominent muscles, which must be because he is thinner, therefore, revealing all his muscles. His arm muscles and leg muscles show that he has just enough strength to be able to protect himself from physical harm. His abs are also somewhat apparent, showing what many people call a "six-pack". However, his abs aren't as sickening and full of muscle has the Career abs. Once again, it must be because of how thin he is, because he doesn't do enough athletic things to achieve those abs.. However, he has attempted to work out more, and get rid of his weak frame.

FACE
To put it simply, he looks alot younger than he actually his. His face shows youth, and still seems to have some of his baby fat. Gage's face is rigid, and not curved like a circle, but more like a square. He has high cheekbones, probably from his Scandinavian roots that are far down his family tree. His cheeks aren't rounded, and puffy, but rather flat, and just normal cheeks. His face meets at the bottom of his chin, and somewhat splits in the middle. His jawline is just as rigid as the rest of his face, and helps make his face look thinner.

HAIR
Gage's hair seems to be a mix of a brown color, and blonde, leaving him with light colored hair. It's medium in length, and often considered too long for his gender. His hair appears to be silky smooth, as if almost greasy. It's smooth to the touch, and thin and fine. His hair is usually styled normally, flat against his head, or with somewhat of a "puff" in the front [as shown in picture above]. It parts towards the right, and all the hair seems to go that way too. He takes pride in his hair, because it is often one of his stronger points of interest with his appearance. As for facial hair, Gage seems to have none. As described before, his face is smooth, and is clear from all facial hair.

EYES
Gage's eyes are almond shaped, and most of the white is covered by is huge brown irises and black pupils. The dark chocolate eyes hide so many things, and seem to be able to tell stories just by one glance. They pull you in, begging for you to care, and begging you to find out more. His eyes are surrounded by light purple bruises, the result of the small amount of sleep he ever has. Bags also accompany the bruises, and they rest just beneath his eyes. Gage's eyes may appear flat black, under certain types of light, despite having a thin ring of the chocolate brown. He sees through his eyes like a cat at night. They are strong, showing him all he needs to see, which definately helps with working in the factories.

EYEBROWS
Gage's eyebrows are thick, and bushy, and are the same color as his hair. They are curved upwards, adding a look of surprise that will forever be accompanying his eyes. They feel rough, which is probably cause of how bushy they are. A small scar lies across his eyebrows, leaving a few millimeters of hair missing from his left eyebrow, due to his accident with the cliff. The flesh is pink, and blends in with his skin.

NOSE
His nose is thin, and long, matching with the rest of his face nicely. It's flat at the end, not pointed out. His nostrils are well hidden, because of their angle, however, they are large. His nose broke during a fall of a cliff, and now permanently has a lightning bolt shaped nose, ending with it pointing somewhat to the left.

EARS
His ears are often not seen, due to being covered up by his hair, which he prefers. They are rigid all around, except at the top, where they curve like a circle. The ear drum often picks up on sound, like a dog might. Although he does not rely on his ears as much as he relies on his eyes, he still uses them to listen to the conversations going on around the factory, or the rumors around town. They ring with the sound of factory equipment, which always seems to be stuck there.

MOUTH
Gage's lips are thin, but long, and always seem to be curving up into somewhat of a smile, which seems a little out of place with his personality. His lips are smooth, almost always moisturized by saliva from his mouth. They are rarely chapped, which is good, because then that's less for Gage to deal with. But that's probably because he doesn't put them through that much "action". They are often pressed together tightly, hiding all his emotions from the citizens of District Three.

TEETH
To describe Gage's teeth, it would only make him seem perfect. His teeth are bright white, showing the heavy care he puts into them. They are straight, and pretty much perfect, because of the braces that Gage had to wear for most of his life. He takes pride in his dental care, however, his teeth are really seen behind the tight expression of his.

NECK/SHOULDERS
His neck flows nicely down, and splits out to make his shoulders. The muscle is not as strong here, therefore presenting a thinner neck. His Adam's Apple barely sticks out, proving that he still hasn't actually finished puberty. His shoulders are broad, which seems to contradict the fact that he is still going through the growth that a teenager goes through. His left shoulder bulges out a bit more than the right; a result of his trip down the cliff. The bone inside broke, pushing out more.

CHEST/STOMACH
Gage's chest is flat, which is typical for males. It flows down to his flat stomach, which, as described before, is covered by the small bit of muscles he has. His ribs protrude slightly, due to how thin he is, but also because of breaking a few during his accident, which have now mended, slightly further forward. His skin is smooth across his chest, but it's disturbed by a large scar that extends from his left shoulder down to the right side of his hip. It was the result of an accident at the factory, when he got too close to a saw. However, it hasn't proved to be much of an issue, because not many people have seen his bare chest.

ARMS
Long arms extend from his shoulders. They run down to his wrists, with the muscle he has down the whole way. The skin on the underside of his arm is much lighter than the rest of his body, and the top is covered with light brown hair. His veins are extremely prominent against the skin, and also bulge out slightly from his skin. The blue stands out, and is shocking to see the vibrant color against his otherwise basic skin tone.

HANDS/FINGERS/NAILS
Gage's palms are rough, due to the constant use of them with the factory machines. He was diagnosed with Hyperhidrosis, which is the condition characterized by abnormally increased perspiration, in excess of that required for regulation of body temperature. Therefore, his hands are almost always clammy. His thin fingers stretch out, and finally end with the nails. His fingers are long, and commonly known as "doctor's fingers", because they can handle small things, and his dexterity is therefore amazing. His nails are rough at the ends, because he finds himself chewing them in stressful situations.

LEGS
Medium length limbs extend down, forming his legs. The inner thigh is covered in light, smooth skin, while the rest is dark, and rough with hair. Muscles flow down the leg, adding to the overall thickness of his legs. Scratches and scars cover his legs due to the accident off the cliff. His knee caps are a little bit bonier, but not enough to make much of a difference. The muscles are more toned than the rest of his body because he often jogged around the District, prior to his accident.

FEET
Gage's feet appear rough, but people would be surprised to find that they are actually somewhat soft to the touch. They've rarely experienced harm, or contact to things other than his home's floor, and almost always protected by shoes or the factory boots. The toes are like little stubs extending out, the tops being covered by soft toenails.

SOCKS/SHOES
It's rare to ever see Gage without shoes on, but that's probably because it's rare to see him anywhere except in the factories, where Capitol issued boots are required. He wears soft white socks, the kind that only the upper-class can afford, which he received after his parents left. As for shoes, he wears typical running shoes, definately not anything special, but shoes are shoes. They are meant to be worn around, and he isn't a model or something except to Phunke.

PANTS/SHORTS
Gage is definately more formal with his clothing. He can be seen wearing black dress pants, and on rare occasion, blue colored pants made out of something the Capitol calls denim. The only time people would see Gage in shorts is during the hottest days of the summer. His shorts are generally made out of basic fabric, with plaid designs on them.

SHIRTS
Really, alot of Gage's shirts are dress shirts. Whether they are button ups or polos, they are all very formal and refined. The color's he can often be seen in are black and white, very basic, but they are just pieces of fabric to him. They just are there to keep him from being bare. He owns maybe one or two actual t-shirts, but they are left there for the summer days.

JACKETS/SWEATERS
The weather in District Three is often chilly during the winter months, so Gage often wears a sweater, just to run over to the factory across the street. Almost all his sweaters are what the Capitol calls Sweater Vests, in different colors, and with different designs. He owns two jackets, one for the rainy weather and one for the coldest days of winter, where you can't take a step into the snow without being chilled to the bone.

ACCESSORIES
Most wouldn't include a paragraph on accessories, unless the person was feminine, however, it is noted by many District Three citizens that Gage wears different types of accessories. He can almost always be found wearing a silver wristwatch, something he bought after saving up his money for a year. He also wears a chain necklace that he inherited from his father, who received that from his father, and goes back all the way back to around the 21st century. Also, when he wears his dress shirts, he always wears a tie attached, whether it's tied tightly, or hanging loosely around his neck.

GLASSES
Gage was prescribed glasses at a young age, and has needed them since, maybe not as much for seeing, but definately for reading, which Gage is almost always doing. The glasses he wears are black rimmed, and shaped in a boxed form [Seen in picture above] [Glasses are in shape of our 3D glasses, or "hipster glasses"]. The prescriptions aren't as strong as they used to be, but they are still strong enough to help him see.

FACTORY UNIFORM
The Capitol issued factory uniform is basic really. A long white lab coat, layered with protective fabrics, preventing electrical shocks or other things that could be of danger in the factories. Work boots are also issued. Hard, steel-toe boots fit Gage's feet nicely, and although they aren't the next thing in fashion, Gage actually enjoys wearing them. Goggles are also issued. Clear, basic goggles are always with Gage, even when he isn't working.

INTROVERT
Gage tends to be more reserved, less outgoing, and less sociable. He is not necessarily a loner but he tends to have a smaller circle of friends. In truth, Gage isn't shy, but rather prefers to be alone. Many introverts decide to be alone by social preference, not by fear of being social. Gage is actually quite charming when his walls are down, proving to be more of an extrovert.

ANALYTICAL
When most people who know Gage are asked what is the strongest trait of his, they respond with no hesitation with "he analyzes things too much". No matter what happens, whether it's small and unimportant, or huge and controversial, Gage's mind breaks it apart, and tries to find out everything about that statement or event. It often leads him to want to know everything, leading him question everything somebody does.

QUESTIONS WITH QUESTIONS
When Gage is asked a question, whether it's simple like "what's your favourite color?", or complicated like "what is love?" [Oh baby, don't hurt me. Don't hurt me no more.] he will often respond with another question, either wishing to discover more, or to avoid actually answering it, which would mean sharing his feelings.

TRY-HARD
Even though he may deny it, there's no way that Gage can't be seen as a try-hard. Everything he does needs to be done right the first time, and he will work non-stop to make sure of that. It also applies for social aspects. When he finds himself in a conversation, he often pushes himself to be social, and to be a normal human being, despite actually failing miserably and looking like an idiot in the end.

SELF-ESTEEM
It would be stupid to think that this teenager thinks he's perfect. Actually, it's quite the opposite. The emotional trauma that effected him when he was young has made him into somebody who always finds faults in things, but usually in himself. He always thinks that he isn't good enough for anything, that he is just a waste of space, and that he needs to just end the pain people have to go through by living with him. If only the child realized that many of the girl's were attracted to him, but afraid of his personality.

INTELLIGENCE
To say Gage was smart is an understatement. Gage is simply brilliant. He excelled in schooling his whole life, and even skipped a grade because his knowledge was too good. However, it's not just academic smarts that he was blessed with, for he has a great real word understanding as well.

EMOTION
Picture a watermelon. This watermelon is really juicy, and full of all the watermelony stuff that watermelon's contain. Now picture a sledgehammer, made of whatever strong material you want. Then let that sledgehammer smash down on the watermelon. I'm sure you know what would happen. I told you to imagine this, because it relates to Gage's emotional state very well. At first, he was strong, almost emotionless. He was a stable person. Then, there was the damaging blow, which will be described later on. That one event shattered his life, or smashes his watermelon. Now, nothing except a mess is left. Nothing is holding up this teenager's emotional state. The stableness that was once there is now smashed, just like the watermelon.

BIPOLAR
Gage was never actually diagnosed with the disorder, however, he shows many signs of it. One moment, he could be cheery, and actually fun to be around. The next moment, he can be grouchy, and just like normal Gage, somebody who should be left alone. Alot of the time, it depends on the person he is with, and how they act.

MEMORY
After a recent accident, where Gage fell from the top of a cliff, and hit a ledge, he received trauma to his brain. This trauma lead him to a slight loss of memory, and now is a permanent part of him. He's lucky if he wakes up in the morning and remembers what he had for dinner the night before, let alone all the things that happen. The things he tends to remember are stupid, unimportant things, or the most important things that he was told. He's new to losing his memory, so he often gets mad at himself when he forgets stuff.

WHERE
Most days where lovers meet are happy days. The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and everybody is left with a smile on their face. Except for the meeting of Cameron Cooper and Ella Donovan. The day was the Reaping for the 19th Annual Hunger Games. The two teenagers stood in their respective areas, until the names were called. Dwayne Cooper and Georgia Donovan would be the tributes, and would have to fight to the death. But that brought their two siblings together.

FATHER
Cameron Cooper was the brother of Dwayne Cooper [Male Tribute of District Three; 19th Games]. He was tall, and handsome, one that could be seen marrying the richer girls in the district. He stood in the crowd that day, and watched as his brother climbed the steps on the stage, hiding the tears that were sure to flow out. When the girl was called, her and another burst out in tears in the crowd, making the tears pour from Cameron's eyes. He was going to lose his brother, just as those two girls would be losing a friend or sibling too.

MOTHER
Ella Donovan was the sister of Georgia Donovan [Female Tribute of District Three; Victor of 19th Games]. She was beautiful, and rich. Everything she needed or wanted, she could have. She stood in her roped off area, and waited until the female name was called. Her twin sister burst out into tears, and walked up towards the stage. One boy among the crowd was crying too, and she assumed he was a sibling or friend of the male tribute. When she went to say goodbye to her sister, she brushed past the boy, and electricity seemed to run down her spine.

GAMES
The Games were violent that year. Ella and Cameron stuck together, and eventually, fell in love. They watches as their siblings competed, and eventually got to the end together. But this moment would drag them apart. One sibling would have to kill the other in order to live. This would break the love. But what they saw on the screen was the opposite of betrayal. They watched as Cameron dug the blade of his knife deep into his own neck, and then plunged to the ground. He was dead, and Ella had won. And the love moved on.

BIRTH OF GAGE
The night that Gage was conceived was one that will never be forgotten by the two lovers. But I'll save you from having to read about that. Gage was born during the year of the 29th Games, one that was violent, and cold for the tributes.

SIBLINGS
Gage was the third child to be born, and the last one for the Cooper family. The eldest sibling was Georgia Cooper, named after her Victor aunt. The next child was Dwayne Cooper, named after the courageous brother of Cameron. The first two siblings were always treated like kings and queens, while Gage was left with all the leftovers of food, love, clothing and everything really.

INFANT
Gage grew up with a tough life. His parents never really bothered to care for him, leaving him to learn things on his own, which is definately hard for an infant to do. Not much info is known of the infant days of Gage, other than what was stated above.

ABANDONED
The day came when Georgia moved to the Capitol, to provide her talent (which was fashion) for the citizens there. And she brought along Gage's family, saying they were her workers. However, because Gage was so young then, he wasn't allowed to go, and had to stay in District Three at the orphanage. Most parents would decide to stay, and never leave their son. But these parents never showed love. And so they left their son.

GROWING UP
Gage grew up in the orphanage until the age of 14. He then moved to a new house right at the border of the residential and factory area. He managed to provide for himself, and also got a good education. More than good actually. He became a genius, but also a workaholic.

KATIE MORVEN
The day he met Katie was the day his life changed. He always said he'd never care for anybody ever again, but Katie changed that. They were set to work together, finishing showers for the Tributes in the Capitol. And Gage fell for her, even if she didn't return the feelings.

ACCIDENT
His mind snapped, bringing him to a large cliff. And, he jumped, hoping to hit the bottom, and end his life within seconds. However, things didn't go his way, and he found himself in the hospital a few days later. He had hit a ledge, breaking many bones, tore through lots of skin, gave him more bruises than you could count, and also gave him a severe concussion, taking some of his memory away.
