Beautiful long hair that curls at the tips. A light golden hue that shines in the sun. Eyes that dazzle the brightest of sapphire blues, with every turn they sparkle in facets. From this description alone, you would assume that Delta Grace was one of the most beautiful beings alive. Sure she is beautiful, but no where near perfect. Delta is incredibly tall for her age, hitting a growth spurt at the age of 13, she has been tall for a large portion of her life. Although she is slender in build, she is still a lot bulkier than other girls. Of course, none of these characteristics make her look or feel unattractive in anyway.

The real flaws come in those that cant be seen. Beneath the layers of perfectly cut silk and petticoats, hidden from the eyes of others, large lengths of scar cover her midsection. As a child, Delta was unfortunately caught playing with fire from her fathers work station and her clothes caught on fire, melding them to her body, her hips and to her left hand. The scars are horrible, but the only ones that are visible are those on her left hand. Fortunately she is right handed, but still people see this weakness in her because of her scars. She is very self conscious about them and tries to hide them as much as possible. She wears short lacy gloves to conceal her hands but says that they are part of how she dresses.

Delta dresses very girl like. Because of her parents class and fortune, she is able to dress in the most exquisite silk dresses, stockings, heels and the sort. She usually wears her hair out long, allowing it to flow down her back, but sometimes she pins parts back. Her eyesite is partially damaged, a normal defect in children and from the age of 12 her mother persuaded her to use contacts. She didn't want her daughter going to the reaping looking like a vulnerable little girl. She wanted her to look sophisticated and a threat, even though she is no way a threat to anyone. Still, to this day, Delta has decided to keep the same dress code that her mother set for her all those years ago.
