Tall, at about 6'4". Weighs 140lbs, mostly muscle. Short blond hair that always sticks up. Very long and lanky. Emerald eyes with gold shot through them. Not very tan, due to the fact that he hates water, and since dist. 4 is surrounded by water, he doesnt get out much. .

Personality:

loves to talk, but he trusts no one. hates fishing, and hates the ocean. he loves chewing gum. Extremely energetic. always seems like hes tired, when in realty he notices everything. Is never the leader, but more of the second in command. Loves to just lie down and think for a while. Always stealthy. Somewhat of a flirt, but he has never had a girlfriend, he just likes to tease them. Has multiple hobbies, but his most prominent is knife fighting.

History:

His father was a mediocre fisherman, but he was still able to support his family. His mother was a wanderer, but is now an avox for conspiracy to commit treason against the capitol. When he was just five, his father was one an adviser to on of the mentors in the 2nd Quarter Quell, 50th Hunger Games, and afterward he went crazy from seeing so many kids die, and in the end, he took his own life by hanging himself from the mast of his ship. Afterwards he trusts no one, not even his own little brother. After living like this for many years, his brother was chosen for the Hunger Games when on nicks 16th birthday, but he couldnt volunteer instead because he was in the hospital because he got his @$$ kicked for flirting with a guys girlfriend. His brother wasnt the winner, and after the games were over, he shunned everyone and fled to district 12.
