We've tried so hard to understand, but we can't.
We held the world out in our hands and you ran away.
It takes some time to let you go and it shows.
Cause all we know is falling, it falls.
Remember, cause I know that we won't forget at all.

I could follow you to the beginning
Just to relive the start
Maybe then we'd remember to slow down
At all of our favorite parts

Bradly has an element of masculinity to him that either intimidates or attracts people. Whether or not it's based on what people know about him and the lack thereof, the people that tend to be attracted to him have always heard something about him, whereas the intimidated ones see him as a complete stranger. Most thirty-seven year olds, though, especially in District Six, have found their career and have settled down; so they are not as muscular or as seen around the District as Bradly, which also could be the cause of some being intimidated while others are attracted.
His eyes are grey, seeming to be about the only trait that carried through with his daughter, Galaxy's, birth. Perhaps they're a very light shade of blue, or perhaps they're actually grey, but from a glance, the latter of the two is the first thing that comes to mind. He seems to blink a lot, whether that means that he's overly observant or something to do with the dryness of his eyes, he's not sure. Perhaps he'll check into that.
His jawline is very prominent. Instead of a face that rounds off smoothly, it's very jagged and visible. His chin seems to be flat when viewed from the front, but it's not a bad feature. However, the scar that's on it is. From a blade, there's a vertical scar from his bottom lip to the bottom of his chin. A cooking accident, in which he was trying to grab a knife from a cabinet resulted in it falling on his face. Since the family was poor, there was no medical treatment, and so the scar is worse than what it would have been otherwise.
Speaking of lips, his are a pale pink color, blending in with his skin tone. Thought they're able to be distinguished, from a distance they're hard to see. They're always dry, and he's always pursing them and licking them to try to wet them, especially in cold weather. They seemed to be chapped easily, but the redness that gathers on top of them is hidden by his mustache. Occasionally, though, he'll shave it off, and so his chapped lips are very dominant in his facial appearance.
Something that isn't dominant is his nose. While it's seen, and without it he'd look ridiculous, no one really pays attention to it. The tip is situated predominantly downwards rather than upwards, so if it were to resemble any animal's nose the most, it would be a dog. The nostrils are clearly visible with only a glance, and with his bad habits, there's usually a booger or two just as visible as the nostril itself.
Bradly's hair is black. It's short and does what it wants. It's never really grew out to where any of it hangs, or to the point where you can twirl it around your finger, so the feeling is foreign to him. It simply is hair, situated on his head so that he won't look absurd. He's thankful for it, for without it his scalp would freeze in the winter and he'd look a potato, but he never really worries much about it. In the mornings, he wakes up and looks in the mirror. When he looks, his eyes don't even glance up at his head, because he knows that there is no need and that his hair too short to be disheveled.
Despite his head, his body type is muscular. From years of hard work and reward, his body changed from a twig to a mass of strength. Even as a kid, his mom would tell him, "Bradly, if you don't start eating your meals and gaining the necessary physical activity for a day, you'll virtually turn into skin and bones." At his age, he'd take it as literal, and so it would scare him, sending him into a frenzy of eating and exercising. Truly though, it never helped, until he reached his teenage years and honestly began to work and do the things necessary to be healthy. His body seems to be so muscular that no matter what shirt is put on, you can always see the strength that he carries with him. It's most predominant in his chest, his pectoral muscles larger than most. His abdominals are very
I thought I'd drop you easily
But that was not to be
You burrowed like a summer tick
So you invade my sleep and confuse my dreams
Turn my nights to sleepless itch
