Brittney, or Dreamer as her good friends back in District Thirteen like to call her, is pretty stunning. For all the times she's blushed and mumbled something about there being greater beauties in the Capitol, Brittney has secretly been loving the attention. You could tell by just looking at her, bright, emerald green eyes cast downward, tanned cheeks heating up and turning scarlet, shoulders slouching, as her curly hair falls in front of her face. The previous sentence is a pretty good description of Brittney's face. Like all people of the Capitol, she's had some work done, and her eyes are naturally amber... (some colored contacts never really hurt anybody) and her nose was bigger, and her hair was dark brown, but you get the picture. Brittney was never a gorgeous girl, and like many people of the Capitol this was something dangerous for her reputation. Nobody wanted to date a plain, nice girl if they could date a mean, pretty girl. She quickly became addicted to making herself flawless. Maybe that's how Dreamer ended up in such a bad position, but that's a story for about three paragraphs down in the History section. Right now, and the stress belongs to now, Dreamer is a faintly tanned girl, with not a hint of acne, or 'icky' freckles. Her hair is a shining blonde-brown color that most people have told her is very nice for a natural hair color. Emerald green eyes, the color of the letters glowing on her alarm-clock, the color of the plaid on Scotch tape, the color of springtime... you get the picture, anyways, captivating unnaturally colored eyes see right into, and through you. Her lips are usually stained purple, and Dreamer often has a lot of make-up on her face. Below the neck is a body made up of luscious, smooth skin, well-pronounced, but not done-up curves. Long legs and a medium sized chest has made her all the rage among rich young girls trying to get the perfect body so they can impress a loved one. Dreamer doesn’t really care if her body has been photographed by multiple girls, and later enhanced during a complex surgery that will make a teenage girls body look just like hers. That's another part of the way she looks, the woman carries herself with a graceful, dream-like edge. If you were to watch her walking, it would seem as though she were floating, comparable to some cherubic angel or something of the like. Dreamer is a pretty girl by District standards, but in the Capitol she is nothing but a shy, soft-spoken heiress. If only they knew what she truly was.
Rebellious. Not in the typical-teenager girl way, (Dreamer got over that when she turned fifteen. Always the mature one in her circle of friends... besides, Dreamer isn't even a teenager anymore!) but in a deeper, feral way. Her whole attitude and being could be summed up in one word: Upriser. That's right, little Miss Priss, the shyest gal in all of Panem, the soft-spoken, supportive friend to so many snarky young ladies, is an Uprisers. Who would'a thunk it? The story of how she got to the point of joining a group of runaways and angry District people, is a long one, (thus I will be included in History, not here. Duh) but it ended up when nineteen year old Dreamer decided to become a spy. She wanders through the Capitol, getting to know the children of officials, and learning juicy tid-bits on what the Capitol has planned for the rebels. So far Dreamer hasn't been all that effective, but she's made progress. What lies beneath the spy in her, is a girl brought up with tender kisses and candy. Brittney Dreamer never had to worry about anything but what she was going to wear to the next social event. Even by Capitol standards she was weak, and it did not surprise many when Britt was transferred to a mental-hospital to be treated after she had a breakdown the night before her prom. After that, Dreamer started to scheme her escape from that of her normal, Capitol, social-event-going life. Dreamer wasn't tough, but she grew clever and wise after having been left to her own devices. It was only human nature, like that of a Tribute in the Hunger Games, killing because one must--that's how Dreamer thinks of it. She joined the Uprising, and regularly gives reports on things she hears in Panem Capitol. Dreamer is rather proud of what she's doing. Brittney is a good liar, something most people in the Capitol have to be if they want to keep good secrets and spread rumors—and the Districts think they’re worthless, stupid, empty-headed people. Pu-lease, Dreamer could name at least a hundred people who could out-lie any District Career! The girl has some issues about being such a loner, not fitting in with her rich, heiress peers, and also getting some major hostility-waves from her fellow Uprisers. Its all mixed up, so confusing… I might just have another breakdown, and never resurface.History:
Im still trying to give her a personality, but it will prob start to shape up once I start RPing her with a few District/Capitol people. Funfunfun

Brittney Philline Darla Gemenious Glorious Dreamer was her full name. Britt was born in a year when Capitol people were obsessed with long, lord/lady title names. Her mother, a woman by the name of Scarlett Dreamer was careful to make her daughters name twice as long as all the other little girls--as the child of a rich little lady and her Avox servant, Brittney was destined to have trouble. Nobody knew the identity of Brittney's dad, and nobody much cared--the Dreamer family was not the richest, prettiest, smartest of any -est. They never made headlines, and were always in pictures because they were the right-hand man to the real wealth of the Capitol. Scarlett’s daughter was regarded as just another one-night-stand child, a mistake that happened after a big birthday bash, or something.
Nobody imagined the truth, nobody guessed Scarlett's secret but she still kept her daughter protected and guarded. Trouble would come to the child of an Avox--it was simply a fact in Ms. Dreamers mind. As her daughter grew older, Brittney wasn't watched as closely, or kept as sheltered. She was let loose in the world of gossip, and back-stabbing teenage girls, and the pressure was too much. She had been forced to grow up faster than other girls, an infant at the age of twelve, and a struggling young adult by the time prom rolled in. It was only one little comment that sent Brittney over the edge--not even anything all that offensive, but she cried her eyes out and was left a brittle, dead version of the old Brittney. For a year she was kept in a hospital, secretly being fed pills that made her see things and go insane. A Lab-Rat--The Capitol had figured out who Brittney's father was, and no longer saw her as worthy of being a citizen of their fine city. For that year, Brittney became Dreamer. Dreamer saw the future, the past, the present, ghosts, chaos... her visions were all horrifying. Dreamer cried herself to sleep and would wake up with shrill cries about a tragedy that had not happened yet. Finally, she was transferred to a District Two Hospital, so Dreamer could, 'get better.' She emerged a completely new girl, and by then had met members of the Uprisers. Dreamer liked the idea of the rebellion, and she joined at the age of nineteen, pledging herself to the group and becoming a spy in the enemies city. Brittney Dreamer came back to the Capitol and, 'pretty'd herself up.' She became the right-hand man to a rich heiress and has reported many findings to the Uprising. I haven't heard about Havens death though... but I think she's dead. There's been no communication for close to two months.
She struggles to keep herself alive...
