Appearance:
He is a tall fit man with electric blue hair, blue eyes, and fair skin. His teeth are flawless and he always is wearing some kind of fancy clothing. (His favorite being a black tuxedo with a blue tie and white undershirt.) He can be seen sometimes wearing intricate rings in the shape of animals.( Custom made in District 1.) He has a tattoo of a red dragon running up one arm, across his chest, and down the other arm. He will on a few occasions wear a gold earring on his left ear. It is a miniature sun made of diamonds surrounding a ruby with a small light place in it to make the entire thing glow lightly. (The reason he is rarely seen wearing it is because it takes a long time to charge the battery on the light.
Personality:
Derick loves parties and is almost always at one. He is a nice, talkative guy with lots of friends, and usually can blend in with the rest of the Capitol. (Sometimes he sees himself as above everyone else in the Capitol when it comes to intelligence. He's only partially right of course.) He takes the Districts for granted and doesn't understand why they hate the Capitol. He loves to watch The Hunger Games and has thrown a party once to watch the said games. (Also like most of the Capitol he just love to see the deaths of people of lower position than himself.) Overall, he is just another native to the Capitol, who has never lived anywhere else.
History:
Derick has been in the Capitol since the day he was born, and so were his parents. (If you go back far enough he is directly related to a president. WAY back though.) He was always spoiled and has never had anything bad happen, except the death of an aunt he didn't know very well when he was five. He has had his hair died seven different times and had plastic surgery twice. He owns an extremely popular jewelry store and salon. He has contacts in the Districts and uses them often to get the cheapest possible of the most eccentric things. He lives in a small mansion in the same area most people live and has bought a private gym so that he can stay in shape. (He really just wants to look as rich and handsome as he can.)
