Living in the Capitol, Finn's apearance can change daily. The only things that don't change are his height, a short yet respectable 5'9, his smile, and the fact that his eyes are just a bit too close together. Currently, Finn is sporting tanned skin, wavy black hair with pink streaks that runs down the back of his neck, and a small black beard. His eyes are a strange magenta color and usually surrounded by black eyeliner to emphasize their color. Finn always dresses in comfortable black pants and flamboyant colored and patterend shirts. He usually wears two gold studs in his right ear.

Personality:

Finn is an artist. There is simply no other word for him. His flat in the Capitol is like a giant art studio- but it is by no means messy. Finn is a neat freak who likes to keep everything in perfect order. He is very bubbly and social. He creates sculptures and designs clothing, but painting is Finn's true passion. He likes to paint scenes of nature, the Districts, and of course, of the Hunger Games. If you want to be friends with Finn, prepare to view his work around the clock and possibly be talked to death.

History:

Finn was born deaf, not a common disability for someone in the Capitol. His parents, of course, were horrified, and had this corrected right away. From the moment Finn was born, he grew up in the heat of the Capitol's trends. He decided to become an artist when he was ten, and has been drawing and painting ever since. Finn has been a stylist in the games before, for District 8, and the girl from that district won. Now, Finn usually works from his flat in the heart of the Capitol, hangs out at parties, or gets his appearance re-done.

Finn loves the Hunger Games. He likes to paint them more than anything, and they inspire most if his work. Occasionally, Finn can be seen travelling in the Districts (usually the higher ones) to find subjects for his art.

Yeah, I know he's a bit older than Finn, but it's the closest I can find for now.
