Appearance:
Jackson is a tallish guy at about 5'10" who is heavily muscled. He has short brown hair which is always kept flat. He has deep green eyes that when looked at closely have brown flecks in them. He is pale skinned and has many freckles. He is always seen wearing the same blue jeans and black shirt with the symbol of the Capitol crossed out on it. He has no jewelry, no tattoos, but many scars on his hands and back. He always has some sort of dirt on him. A sword is in a scabbard on his hip and in a backpack he has a map of Panem and whatever food and water he has at that moment.
Personality:
Jackson is emotionless and almost never looses his temper. The only time he is angry is whenever the Capitol is mentioned. He has no qualms about killing Peacekeepers or people from the Capitol but cannot bring himself to kill someone from a District. He wishes to join the rebels but cannot find one to let him join. He has no friends (at least none that are human(he has a squirrel that follows him around)) and seems not to want any. He is very smart and was considered the best in his class back in District 11. He loves to visit the various Districts and give the people living in the Seam food that they couldn't get unless in the wilds, like some types of berries.
History:
At age three Jackson's parents died and at age five he was whipped by the Peacekeepers for stealing food that he had never seen in his life. At that point he started to slip from his emotions and at age eight he was teased as an experiment from the Capitol until the one who started the joke became extremely ill from poisonous berries he was given by Jackson. Ever since Jackson has been avoided. At age twelve he was pulled as a tribute in the Hunger Games but someone volunteered for him, even though Jackson didn't know the guy very well. Ever since watching that person killed on the big screen in the Plaza he has had a burning hatred for the Capitol and began stealing from Peacekeepers. At age 13 he was caught and whipped by the same guy who whipped him at age five. At age 15 he stole a map of Panem and a sword, killed the Peacekeeper that whipped him, and fled his District. He has been on the run, helping everyone in the Districts he can ever since. After helping a squirrel he found in District 5 it has followed him around and is his is only companion.
