James walked of the stage, the hands off the people of District 12 patting themselves on his back, whispered words of encouragement reaching his ears but leaving no real meaning to him. James just smiled and waved. No need to act nervous when he wasn't. Do they really care about me and what is going to happen to me in the next couple weeks? James wondered to himself. His eyes wandered to the Justice Building in front of him. He thought of going in, but remembered that there would be no goodbye. From anyone. He told his Peacekeepers that were escorting him that there was no real reason for him to even go to the Justice Building, and they agreed to take him to the train instead.
As he walked on to the train he was amazed. "Holy shit, I have to say I am impressed..." He breathed out to himself, seeing the Peacekeepers weren't allowed inside and were guarding the entrance. The train was lavished with fine furniture and was at least 3 times as big as James' shack house. The area he was in know looked like a sort of living room(Or what James thought a living room might look like). In fact, the room he was in the the dining and had a booth table made out of mahgony out of the side. He quickly walked over and sat down in the booth. The fabric of the booth seat was amazing, so soft and oddly warm. He ran his hand over and drew circles in it as he looked out the window, thinking of the female tribute who had been reaped along with him.
Charas?Charas Harper? Right? That's her name? Where is she? Why isn't she in here with me? He thought, staring out the window, watching small rain drops start to fall outside. Oh, right. Justice Building. She probably had people who were going to see her... he answered to himself. "She'll probably be here soon." he said to himself, assuring that himself that he was right. She would be here soon, it'd be impossible for her to run away.It probably wasn't that which was taking her so long. It was probably her goodbyes, to who ever they might be. Goodbyes where hard to rush and he knew that fact all too well. [/blockquote]
