Unfortunately you've caught the tutors right in their busiest time - with the Reaping comes an influx of tribute players looking for some tutoring, so they generally handle them first. Just because this is a busy time for them they don't normally deal with non-tribute members looking for tutoring until about a week after the Reaping, but everything varies. So sorry about that, but you'll just have to hang in there a bit till things die down^^
