Appearance:

Jikan is short for his age, at 18 years of age. He is not really buff and is often teased for his strangely cut Silver hair. The hair in the style has a bit in his face but the rest is more spikey and well 'fluffy'. Toshiro is not very tall at maybe 5"6' and he does not plan to get any taller any time soon. Jikan's name being Jikan, means Time in japansese. His last name was lost a long time ago, dropped by his own voice and soon forgotten. Toshiro often wears light gray pants, that go to about above his waist. Then he has a white collored under shirt. Over it he has a light blue shirt with darker blue stripes making a design over it, it covered the top of his pants. Toshiro is a very skilled swords-man, always carrying a sword around. The strap is black connected or tied to a silver case whish has his sword in it. His sword is a average size, the handle though has it's own design of two ice dragons almost seeming to reach out for each other. It is a icy blue color, matching his hair color almost. He does not have this sword anymore, mostly sticks to daggers.

Personality:

Jikan is not exactly a tough guy, infact he is just plain different. He is quite; likes it that way so he can hear himself think. He is good at solving problems and can figure things out very quickly. Jikan gets this from saving poeple on his own account. He always tells other people, he saved them because he felt like it and that is that. Toshiro is very un-expected, beign a healer he is often watching you out of no where when you have no idea. Jikan does things when he feels like it, but does it because his fate never fell in line like others. He will always be watching so whenever your in need for some help jsut call out his name. Not that he would answer back all the time though.

History:

Jikan was born to a very poor family, in fact his family was his parents and him. His father spent most of the time taking care of him, his mother was almost constantly sick. When he turned one, his mother died, his father left getting food and still having to go to work as a doctor. Jikan would often go hours on crying, left alone in the small excuse for a house. It was like that for most of his second year in life. When he turned two he started to go with his father to work and help around, though it was sort of a joke. He was a great help but, food was still hard to find around these days. When he turned three his grandfather came over to live with them and support them. Jikan began to get more food, but it was still hard around the house, it was like that for a few more years. When Jikan turned 10 his father died and a few months after his grandfather died. By then Jikan was able to take care of himself, and he was taken in as an apprentice doctor. Jikan had taken a large responsibility working and earning little money and hunting for himself. He trained also to be a swordsman, but most of the time he worked with dagger. When he turned 15 he was surprised he had not been chosen to get into the hunger games, at the same time revealed. Now Jikan spent most of his time as a doctor healing those near him, he also works with swords and dagger mostly daggers. He now does the same thing, and has two years until he can no longer be picked for the hunger games.
