Characters 'Up for Adoption?'

Hey all! I've got 2 characters that I don't really ever use anymore, and I want someone on this site to actively use them more than I have, but I don't know where to make a thread to do so.

So, my question is, Can i, and How do I, put characters up for adoption, for other people to claim, and use? Thanks!

Unfortunately, we closed our character adoption center quite some time ago and no longer accept character adoptions unless with good reason. Meaning you may PM a librarian telling them which characters you want to have adopted, by whom, and a good reason why.

NOTE: Be warned that we do not accept character adoptions lightly as they tend to cause confusion among the librarians.
