Appearance:
Lonen is a tall guy at 6 feet tall. He has brown hair which is always kept short and flat.He also has bright blue eyes. His muscles are prominent in his tan skin. He is usually seen wearing blue jeans, a short sleeved plain red shirt, a belt covered in fish hooks, fingerless water-proof gloves, and when on land, a blue baseball cap. His clothes almost never look ruffled. He is considered by most to be handsome, but almost all his friends are considered handsome. He has a birthmark that looks like a scar in the shape of the crescent moon on the back of his right hand.
Personality:
Lonen is a boisterous boy who loves talking and never seems to shut up. He is usually popular because of always being nice and light hearted even when he should be really angry. People on his bad side end up knowing it though. Only enemies of his friends are on his bad side, as he is HIGHLY protective of his friends. He has a large circle of friends and is always looking for more. He is not terribly bright although he has very good common sense. In school he gets average grades and is one of the popular people. He is a very tidy person, but he doesn't hate it when other people are messy. He loves swimming and diving for oysters and is seen in his free time doing so (if he is not with friends).
History:
At age 2 he watched his house being burnt to the ground, creating a fear of flames in him. At age 6 he watched his mother die while giving birth, and the baby dieing not long afterward. This trauma is the thing that caused him to always be nice. Ever since he has been focusing wholly on learning his trade and has been very good at it. At age 15 he had a girlfriend but she died in a fishing accident near District 4. Ever since he has avoided his father, even though he had nothing to do with the incident. When he sees his father though he is always smiling, talking, and laughing with his father. He has always thought that the game-makers secretly choose who they want to win before the Hunger Games start and then make it happen.
