Appearance:

She's pretty, with olive skin smattered with freckles, and dark hair. She's medium height and very trim, from years of Peacekeeper training. She has a scar on her jaw from a stray bullet during a shooting practice.

She normally wears the white Peacekeeper uniform, with a knife and gun. She rarely uses them, however. She prefers her knife because, in her words, "they don't need to reload."

Personality:

She was once cold, sarcastic and cynical. Her father's death left her that way. After her education at the Peacekeeper Academy, was confident.However, she wasn't prepared for the field.

Her first mission was to quell a fledgling rebellion. The field shattered her confidence and feelings of nationalism. She consequently became somewhat self-destructive, developing a drinking problem.

Because of her drinking problem, she was stationed in District 12, and became very empathetic to the plight of the citizens. Having outgrown her coldness and apathy and has become very kind and tries to make the lives of the citizens as easy as she can by turning a blind eye to minor law infractions, like hunting. In fact, she buys some of the game from the hunters.

History:

She wanted to be a Peacekeeper since she was nine, when her father, who was a politician, was killed in a bombing staged by a rebel group. When the Peacekeepers busted and executed the rebel group, she decided to join the Peacekeepers. She powered her way through school in the Capitol and, after passing personality tests with flying colors, was accepted into the Peacekeeper Academy.

After the Academy, she was given a mission infiltrating and stopping a rebel group. The mission ended in extreme bloodshed, and sent her into a spiral of depression. Her drinking problem led her to be transfered to District 12, which is considered a low-stress district. Her outlook changed when she went there. She started trying to make the people's lives easier by deliberately turning a blind eye to infractions that were obviously bogus, such as the hunting prohibition.
