I felt as if I was wondering aimlessly. I had no clue on where I was going or what I was doing all I knew is that I couldn’t stay in that bloodbath. I had to escape and I did. The sunnies on my head stopped the sunand it helped a little by lessening the vision I saw of red. The sickening red of the sand that rose and fell like blood. I felt suffocated in a sea of blood, blood that had no ending. I gaze up at the sky. Maybe I should have grabbed that sunscreen, I thought. But it was too late, so with a shake of my head I continue down the path of who knows where. I had no clue where I was going.
The bag upon my back felt heavy and I wondered again why I was carrying around the dead tributes arm. Some part of me screamed to droop it and run, but they a more rational part of me thought ahead to something I found revolting and made me want to throw up. I knew I hadn’t taken any food stations and well I needed food to live. The leg was food. All I needed was water. But I knew I couldn’t have water without a fire, the water just wouldn’t be safe to drink.
I glance up at the sun, it burned brightly and I regretted not getting the sunscreen it would have eased my discomfort no matter how slight. I shake my head, I could do nothing about it any more. Gingerly I continued the long trek through the endless amount of sands. The blood seeped into mu shoes and covered my legs. It stuck to my skin as any blood would. I wonder, was it blood? It seemed so much like the stuff. I hoped it wasn’t.
[OOC: Surge uses first aid, and since he has a med kit he uses needle and thread once leaving his damage at .5, he has also left the sand]
