Jak Andorra
He woke suddenly in a cold sweat. His dream seemed so, so vivid. There was a kid in the forest who was attacked by this peacekeeper. Jak saw the whole things from the trees before he stepped in, saved the girl and knocked the one in the peacekeeper outfit unconscious. Was it really a dream? Jak had taken the girl by such surprise that the only damage she had been able to deal him had been a fist to the shin. Without thinking Jak reaches down and rubs his right shin. Well, it doesn't hurt. So it must have been a dream. And after the PK had passed out Jak approached the other girl and...and he asked her about his brother? Why would he have asked that? This Girl probably wouldn't have known anything about Alex, much less where he is now.
Jak got up and dressed. It was a new day and he should forget that dream. It's not uncommon for him to dream about his brother. The thought of finding his brother consumes most of everyday life. Well, the part of life that doesn't involves making enough for his own substance to life.
After taking a short sponge bath, Jak is taking a brisk run through the woods when he passes by a small opening and sees a familiar sight. Wait a second! This is...this is where my dream happened!! Jak looks around the whole scene for any sign to prove that it really happened but there is no sign of anything.
Suddenly, Jak hears something. He begins to climb a tree and watches as two girls come walking underneath, talking as they walk. What are two girls doing this far out on the district limits? Jak wonders and is about to ignore them when the two girls stop at the clearing that Jak just came from. They seem to be setting something on the ground but Jak can't quite see what it was. He turns to leave but his mind is distracted and the next branch he grabs snaps of in his hands and the branch below shakes wildly as Jak lands on it rather harder than Jak would ever have admitted to. "Stupid, just ignore the girls. You wouldn't have grabbed that dead branch if you were paying attention!"
Jak looks back at the two girls just to see if they heard him and he see one of the girls face searching the woods to find the noise. Jak is frozen by the pale girl's face. She's the girl from my dream! She must know something about Alex!
