District/Area: District 4
Appearance:
Tsurico [soo-REE-koe] Rocyan [roe-SIE-an] is moderately framed, 5'7" and 148lbs. His striking blue hair is due to a dye made from the fish-oil obtained from the Southern Panem Tropical bluefish. Tsurico and his family all have natural dark-brown hair. His eyes are a light shade of blue, the color of the sea. His handsome features make him stand tangibly, walking with a rippling effect.
Tsurico is the second to best swimmer in his section of the district. His finely toned muscles are all attributed from years of laboring with his father on their small fishing boat. Each year, during the first day of spring, all coastal regions of District 4 host the "New Wave" competition. It is a race open to all ages, the top four winners receive pendants said to be "crafted from the heart of the ocean". Tsurico adorns the ocean pendant every time he enters the water, as a symbol of protection from dangers under the water's surface.

Name: Westley Fields
Age: 19
Gender: Male
District/Area: District 10
Appearance:
Westley has a mild skin tone and is distinguishable for his gentle green eyes and silky blond hair. Standing at 5'11", Westley has an elegant muscle mass at weighing in 183lbs. For the most part, he has solid facial details apart from a slightly protrusive sharp/angular nose. His hands are calloused from implementing many farm tools from rakes, hoes, to shovels and axes. With several blisters along his wide fingers, Westley has good sized craters for his palms, excellent for grappling. His short fingernails are lined with dirt. Though Westley prefers to stay in good health and cleanliness, being out in the field, sleeping in a moldy, wooden shack and working in the hog pit provides him with a stinky/sweaty aroma at times and many more crud stains he has to scrub from his clothes.Personality:
Westley, as a farm-hand, unfortunately owns only a single pair of clothing. He wears a stitched tan-wool long-sleeve shirt with dark brown trousers. Along with leather boots, Westley has only a plain wooden ring which was crafted to him by Daphne when they were younger. It has an "F" insignia for Fields. Westley does not have much of any other possessions besides tools and necessities.
Though many think of Westley as rather submissive, he knows naught of himself as anything but courteous. The quote he lives by is "as you wish", living a life of serving others before himself, and unlikely dismissing anyone with no. Though if anyone would attempt to pick a fight with Westley, seeing him as non-violent, they would be surprised at how quickly they would be pinned as Westley has many hours of pig wrestling and knowing how to get "down and dirty" in the mud. To an extent, Westley is undereducated and non-sociable. This attributes to the sheltering life that Uncle Fields has surrounded him with.History:
^ Daphne and Daffodil
Besides being attracted to his distantly kept admirer, "Daphne", Westley has a love for horseback riding through the country fields and for gazing across the plains. The Fields ranch is a small livestock farm, as is custom of District 10. Though he may not feel direct hatred towards the Capitol, he would rightly defend against enemies for the protection of his land. Uncle Field's ranch has been his only home and has ever only known the area to which the fence surrounds the 40 acres. But Westley loves every inch of the land. Every animal, every blade of grass, Westley has adopted a feel to commune with nature.
Due to Westley's sheltered lifestyle, Uncle Fields only asks for Westley to travel to the District 10 village square on an occasion to sell surplus harvest. One of his greatest desires is to go see the world, not to be held under the demands of the Capitol. In order to accomplish this task, he saves up what he can so that someday he may eventually travel to the ocean and sail across the sea. Unfortunately there are only lakes where he resides, and he does not have the slightest knowledge of navigation. Westley prefers to stay close to home, able to keep both eyes on the farm, and on Daphne. Traveling All the way East to the ruins of District 13, or South to District 4 are heavy impossibilities.
Since his childhood memory, Westley has been working on the small countryside farm of his employer, "Uncle" Fields; a rather old, heavy-set man who can surely get mean at times. Though Westley refers to him as "Uncle" Fields, he shares no blood relation with him. Uncle Fields has a lovely daughter by the name of "Daphne". As sweet as her name implies, she has feelings for Westley and hopes that someday he will steal her away from her hateful father and ask for her hand in marriage in order to start their own farm tucked cozily away on the peaceful countryside. When they were younger, Westley had accidentally left the pigs' fence open, leaving the pigs running around wild through the night. The next morning revealed that most of the crops had been rooted up, trampled on, and slightly devoured. Out of rage, Uncle Fields had beaten Westley and forced him to sleep in the hog pit all throughout the rest of the month. During this time, Daphne had wanted to comfort him by crafting him a ring with an insignia of the letter 'F' for Fields. It gives hope to Westley as a reminder that although he seems out of place, he belongs somewhere.Comments/Other:
^ Uncle Fields and Brother Bill
As of now, Westley spends each day on the farm accomplishing various chores. These include; tending the two horses, sheering the sheep, milking the cows and goat, feeding the pigs and collecting eggs from the hens. Though he has plenty of opportunities to do so, Westley does not steal from Uncle Fields as he would not think to bring upon a burden to the father of Daphne. Westley has never had to harm any being or creature. The slaughtering was always left to Uncle Fields. Its one of the few things that is able to calm him after a late night of drinking.
As long as Westley could remember (up until his younger years of being brainwashed at the Capitol government schools), he worked for Uncle Fields without knowledge of his own parents. Whenever Westley had bothered to ask, the only response he had received was silence, a sneer, or "What Parents!" - followed by laughing. Westley tries to maintain clear thoughts, and does not wish to dwell on things that are not, or should have happened. The psychology Westley has adapted relates to his submissive character. He has learned to leave things the way they are, for it requires a heroic amount of effort to change anything. He is perfectly satisfied with the life he has to live at the current times.
Until Westley had become of age, Daphne's father had provided the necessary legal information as role of guardian. He was never officially 'adopted', as Uncle Fields has a standard of maintaining minimal relationships. Westley had only ever witnessed attending the "Reaping" a few times, as Daphne's father had managed to shelter both of them from much of a social life as well as from the government. Though Uncle Fields is resentful of Westley, he requires him for farm labor as for himself, he is growing quite old, fat, and incapable of the intensive work the ranch demands. Because Westley is uniquely selfless, if Uncle Fields were to pass away, he would leave the ownership of the ranch in the hands of Daphne.
List of possessions and notable talents.
Westley's favorite horse is "Daffodil", a Northern Panem painted horse. She has several white patches across her caramel body and Westley keeps to grooming her well. He takes her for riding across the prairies to "escape" from farm-life when overly stressed or if Uncle Fields is in a violent mood.
Without frequently bathing in the lakes, anyone can smell the stench arousing from Westley. This comes from his favorite sport/exercise/past time, which is hog wrestling. Uncle Field's prize pig is a 550lb hog whom he calls "Brother Bill", though there is nothing holy in the matter if he decides to roll on top of you. Whenever Westley is having a stressful time, he usually comforts himself in the presence of Brother Bill, yet refers to him as "Uncle", since they both have similar, 'physical' traits.
