Phoenix is different, to say the least. He is incredibly pale for someone from district eleven. He is short, skinny, has the sandy blond hair that makes everyone love his appearance, and has a smile that can light up a room. His body is meant for speed, which is one of his only attributes for the hunger games.
His family is a harvest-only. This means that he doesn't work in the fields, and is a top student. Being so pale and different from the rest of his family, he is considered the runt. But, to say the least, girls want him and guys want to be him.

Personality:

Phoenix is happy right where he is, mostly because he doesn't know anything else. traits that show through are important. He is sensitive, the slightest thing could set him off. He gets angry to fast, and can be very vicious. Phoenix has been whipped for killing a mocking jay and eating it. Other than that he is cool, and every one thinks his personality is solid.

History:

He is one child out of six, and is the youngest. His oldest brother became a peace keeper and works for the capitol, because of this the rest of the district thinks of them as traitors. His mother is the school teacher, and his father is deceased. He had a best friend. Who went to the 59Th hunger games and was the first to die. This took a toll on Phoenix.
He is still in school but is insanely smart and can master anything with ease.
