Sabia has medium length blonde hair. Her eyes are grey blue. She has an oddly shaped jaw and a round face, and big eyes. Her face isn't really considered pretty, more along the lines of dorky-looking. She has light skin. She is a bit short, and is underweight. She also isn't very muscular, but she has long legs that look pretty good. She holds onto the fact they look fine, and likes to think about it as a comforter whenever she thinks she looks bad.
Sabia wears a loose grey shirt. It is very torn and dirty. She also has a pair of jeans she likes wearing. She always wears her hair down, not up. She doesn't wear shoes at all, because she can't afford to buy any what fit. She is easily considered unattractive from the outside.

Sabia's parents were Gary and Flora Fletcher. They are very poor, and she had an older brother. His name was Parker. She grew up without enough food, and not very good clothing. Sabia's family owned a chicken farm, but mostly it was just Sabia and Parker who took care of it, while their parents went off to work making milk cartons. Even like this, she never really learned to fend for herself. Parker mostly took care of her, because her parents were always busy past her bedtime, and gone before she woke up.Codeword: oDair
Parker started working longer when Sabia turned ten, and she didn't see him as much. It was very lonely, and she didnt socialize with anyone. Because of how her family was so busy, she was very sad to not see them. Parker didnt want her to have to work late and wake up so early, so he worked hard for her not to have to. She ended up doing a few hours each day, although she didn't really like him giving up his little freetime like her parents did. It's just so hard to get by in District ten.
When she was fifteen, Parker was killed by a peacekeeper for supposedly stealing a pig. She doesnt believe he stole a thing though. It made things terrible on her parents, and she pretty much abandoned the few friends she had. All she has left is Mary, and she is very nice. She doesn't care that all Sabia wants to do is sit and stare at the sidewalk. It's very hard living without Parker, but somehow she's managed to stay together.
