I stomp away from my house and make my way to Sapphire's house. No one ever wants to fight, but Sapphire is always up for one. I pass people, either making their way to work or school, and probably knock over at least three people trying to get past them.

"Watch it!" I tell a little girl who steps on my foot. She scurries away into the distance and I reach Sapphire's house. I knock, and then knock again. I go around back and there is a note on the door.

Blue,
Meet me in the forest, I want to fight today.
Sapphire

I get happy, because I love when we plan these things. On my way to the woods, I shove a few more people down, and yell at a woman for blocking my way. When I get to the edge, I find our hole and crawl through. Then, I walk on the path to our old fighting place.

When I get there, I smile. My best friend, Sapphire, is already prepared for a fight, I can see her bouncing around. I get myself positioned, then bolt out of the trees and onto her back.

I pace back and forth, waiting for Blue to get there. I tighten and untighten my fists, the urge to hit her growing. My only friend, Blue, was supposedly going to come fight me...

"AGH!" I yell, she jumped on my back! "No fair!" I scream, laughing, and throw her off of me. "Whats wrong with you?!" I yell, not paying attention to how loud my voice was. Even if it was loud, who cares if we get caught. I reach forward and yank her hair. She dips down then up, and kicks me in the leg. "Stop that!" I yell at her, and rush to the other side of the clearing.

"You ready to get beaten?" I tuant her, and ball up my fists, preparing for the fight. One...two...three!" I shout, and charge at her.

Sapphire throws me off her back and I lad on my feet. I smile giddily at her, but she just pulls my hair. "Ow!" I say, and kick her. She goes to one side of the forest, and becomes intent on me. "One...two...three!" She yells, and charges at me.

We run smack into eachother, and wrestle on the ground. Somehow or another I end up letting her win. When we're done with the fight, I slump against a tree, out of breath, and stare at her.

"Whats been going on with you lately?" I ask, "You've gotten so secretive, even to me."

We settle down, and I'm still in the mood to fight. "Nothing's been going on really..." I begin, "I just feel as though I need something." I shake my head and reach inside my sack. I throw an apple at her, then quickly turn around to swipe away a bug.

I turn around, and take a bite from my apple. Truth is, a lot has been going on lately. A lot.
