Appearance:

Ticemet has long, chocolate brown that ends at her waist (it is often in pigtails). Though her eyes are blue, they change colour according to her moods. eg. Green/blue when calm, grey when excites, light blue when neutral and dark blue when angry/annoyed.

Ticemet is quite tall for her age, and many mistake her for a 15 year old. She is slim and has rose white skin.

Personality:

Ticemet is gentle and calming. She may have a quick temper if anyone insults her or her friends/family, but she is generally kind.

Tice is quite quiet and she doesn't speak much, therefore not gaining many friends. When someone interests her she does a lot of talking, and can come off as a chatterbox.

Ticemet is also good with animals. Though she lives in District 12, she has always dreamed of owning any animal. She is also good at using a slingshot and aiming at things. She is also very artistic.

History:

Ticemet's mother and father died when she was 6. They died because they got caved in whilst mining, and they starved to death. Ticemet has 3 brothers and 1 sister. She has to look after them all by herself, as her parents aren't alive anymore. Her sister is 3, and her brothers are triplets, and all 5 years old.

When Ticemet was 11, she started learning how to use a slingshot to kill animals so she could feed her siblings. She knows how to tame and look after animals, as well as killing them with a slingshot, bow and arrow and spear.

Ticemet, because she lives in District 12, works as a miner. Her lungs often clog up with the dirt, and it causes her to cough and she has a very light case of asthma.

What you have is a good start. :3 However, each paragraph needs to be five sentences minimum, so just take the ideas you have down already and flesh them out. Also, I don't think that a 13 year old would be able to care for four younger siblings. D: I have a 13 year old brother and I really doubt he could even care for my other younger brother all by himself. xD And her taming of animals, what animals do you mean, exactly? The would also not be any bows or arrows or spears in District 12. The slingshot idea is fine, but just not the others. x3

Just fix those and you'll be good to go. :D
