Hiya Huntress99! What you can do is scroll down to the character creation part down below,click on that then scroll down again and click "New Thread". After you have clicked on that an application will come up, fill in all of it, post it and a staff member will look at it and let you know what they think!

If you can't find character creation just go here. I hope this helped!

In this link, if you go down past the first suboards where characters that are accepted go, in the top righthand side of the begining of the new board, ~~The two boards will be separated~~, it says create a new thread, just click their and it will take you to the form you have to fill in ^^
