New - I need a parent/guardian

Hi, I'm new and I'd love to make a 16 year old D7 girl, but the rules said I need a guardian if the character is under 18.
I don't know what to do

Hello Beauty, and welcome! When it says you need a guardian, the character needs parents. These can be characters that don't have someone role-playing them though.
