Regarding Dice Glitches and Cheating

Alright, so I figured I'd cover this early on in the Games, because there's already been some confusion with this and I don't want it to happen again. To start off:
It is not possible to cheat with this dice system.
So anyone looking to accuse someone else of doing so, rest assured that it is not possible. I'll explain why right now, and any of you who don't believe me are welcome to test it out on the battlefield board and see for yourself.
A dice roll corresponds to the post, so that means no matter how many times you delete and rewrite in the code, you're going to get the same roll. Even if you put in five of the same dice code and then delete the first four, you're going to end up with the roll you got on the first one once you do that. It's just how it happens. So what that means is there's no way to "redo" or "reroll" a dice; you'd have to either delete your post and post a new one (and deleting is disabled in the Games boards) or use a different code (which would be using a different weapon anyway, so that doesn't even apply) to get a different number.
So for those of you who want to check it out for yourselves, go in the JFF board and follow these steps:
1. Post a post with a dice roll in it, let's say sword ([*dice=200+1000])
2. Take note of the number you roll.
3. Go back into your post to edit it and delete the code. Submit the edited post.
4. Go back in and edit the dice code back in. Submit the edited post.
5. The attack you see will be the exact same one you rolled initially.
So that begs the question: why does the dice glitch? Why have there been instances in which the dice falls on one attack, then fluctuates and lands on another? Well, that's just an un-correctable flaw in the code; it's a hefty code, so it's to be expected. But it's only happened maybe, what, four or five times in the history of every attack in all eight Games? I think that's a very, very small price to pay for an extremely efficient dice code that runs smoothly 99 percent of the time. So precedent has determined that when these fluctuations happen, we count the number it lands on and stays on. Sometimes it sucks, yes, but that's just the way it works.
I hope you all not have a better understanding of how the dice works, and understand that over the past two and a half years of successful Games we've made it virtually impossible to cheat the system. Rest assured that no one is cheating. I understand that people who are unaware of this have made accusations in the past, but now none of you can say that you were never informed.
