Wanted - Plots in District Four

Basically, I have had this influx of muse recently, and it has been with all my characters. Most of them are being used right now, but what I find odd is that two of my favorites are not. These happen to be my two District Four's, who I love and can always find muse with.
Gregg Linton (17) is one of my characters who seemed to develop quite a bit, for almost no reason. He somehow ends up trying to get in a relationship with every girl he meets. I guess the interesting part about him is that he is scared of guys, which is almost comical at some points. In general I would say that he is a nice guy who tries hard to get what he wants.
For Gregg, I'd be looking for a solid intermediate to advanced roleplayer. I find that he is really easiest to get into when someone is really helping him when it comes to content, and he can have rather good emotions in advanced threads. Preferably, he would end up in a relationship with whoever is in the thread with him (has to be a female character, preferably from 16-19, though 15 is okay, even if it is kinda creepy), but I guess other stuff would work too.
Serenity Noels (17) is my other district four character. She is your average popular person, though she sometimes gets upset by the "queen bee"'s doings. She always tries to relate anything to do with guys with if they like her or not, is slightly self centered and shallow, but if she finds a nice guy (who is at least okay looking) she will be a genuinely good person to them. Her only catch is that she is homophobic, so if she is in a relationship plot, which is what I would prefer, it has to be with a guy. And even if she is not in a relationship within her plot, the person has to be straight or else she will just run away from the other person.
Serenity puts out longer posts than Gregg normally, but she also needs less content from others to get her emotions out because she is shallow. Therefore a range of intermediate to advanced will do for her, (though advanced would be the best,). Also, since I was hoping for a romance, the best age would be 17-19. I would say younger but she would find it odd being in a relationship with a younger guy.

See where I'm going with this? If you like the idea, please let me know. I've been DYING to RP with Felix. I haven't used him yet in ANY threads, so he's fresh.
